Thanks for your question. Yes, this comes with the Mortise. The package contents: Front Panel (with rubber gasket), Back Panel (with rubber gasket), Installation template, Strike Plate, Mechanical Key, Mounting plate, Screw Pack, User manual, Scouring pad and User Card. Hope this helps!
