Rated 4 out of 5 by from Does the job Seems to have all the features that most Garmin watches have, so it's really about the size and look. It locks onto GPS quick, and the screen is really clear and responsive. Lots of apps and customisable options. For me, it does the job. One (small) disappointment is that while you can load (heaps of) music and play it back through Bluetooth earbuds, the on-watch volume control does not work with my earbuds, which seems to be a common issue, so the music is way too loud. Given the earbuds are Bluetooth compliant and work with other devices, this is a Garmin issue that needs to be resolved.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing FITNESS watch I switched from an Apple Watch and from a fitness point of view, I will never look back. This watch has everything I need to keep track of my health and fitness. I love the body battery tracker. It even tells you your pulse oxygen. I definitely recommend. If you want a fitness watch, go with a Garmin. If you want a smart watch, stick with an Apple Watch.

Great question Fiona. It has a number of smart tracking features on the watch itself through Workouts, Strength Training, and built-in sports apps, as well the Garmin Connect App. on your mobile device. These will help you track averages across workouts. Trust this helps!
