PRINTING IS FRUSTRATING!!!
…and sadly somewhat of a lottery. New printer! Impossible to print from my iPhone as the screen shows “Check printer connected.” when IT IS CONNECTED!!! Perfect G5 strong WiFi… and I have to acquire the patience of Job and persevere at times for half an hour. Crazy!!! This can also being alerted that my HP session has expired so log in again. When things go smoothly the HP 8025E behaves beautifully and YES I know it’s probably the most basic machine and it really should work consistently and not be a frustrating HIT or MISS experience. Btw there is a Case # LEMON 506884904…

I run my own business from home, and my wife h...
I run my own business from home, and my wife has just started her own company too, so we were both in need of a fast and reliable printer. The HP OfficeJet seems to tick all the boxes we need. It is easy enough to set up (although snapping off the plastic fastenings on the cartridges was a little tricky), and once connected via WiFi, the printer did everything we expected of it. Designed for frequent use, the OfficeJet come recommended, with a host of features such as double-sided colour printing and fast performance whether scanning, copying or printing. Easy to use and the results are great. No issues or problems, and a vast improvement on the older, slower printers I have previously used.

Love this printer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My last HP printer was over 10 years old and still working when I replaced it. This wireless Printer setup was so easy and with the instant ink, competitive price point and great reputation it was a no-brainer. . I was up and wirelessly printing in minutes. The auto-feed function and double-sided printing are great features. The quality of photo printing is excellent. (which I already knew) The HP app that allows others to print remotely is great.
The online software for service, support and ancillary product and printing ideas is great and allows me to have all my HP products at my fingertips.

Good features; like auto-replenish of ink
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this printer for over a month and the printer is of good quality and does all the functions I was looking for. I got the 6 months free ink replenishment by signing up for that feature. Great idea - they monitor the ink level and send you replacement ink cartridges when needed and the cost of ink cartridges is reasonable even at the monthly membership fee. Some areas for improvement: 1. Add internal memory so multiple jobs can occur. I was surprised faxing and printing was as slow as it is. 2. Display is small and you have to be nimble with the fingers to enter commands.

Frustrating setup
Why only 3 stars? SETUP! Took two days. I think it took so long to download from web that it was interrupted. Had to use my phone; would NOT let me use computer option. Then told me it was offline; ran trouble shooter which tolde I had to turn printer on--it was lit up like a Christmas Tree. Tried for two weeks to make it my default printer; finally worked. SETUP is not for technologically challenged--way too difficult and frustrating. Had to use my entire profane vocabulary and felt really stupid and old after this ordeal. By the way, it does print documents nicely once the setup trial is completed.

Disappointed
This feels like a piece of junk. The input tray for paper is under the output tray, which has to be forced out of the way in order to add or change paper color or type. Neither tray slides smoothly. Both are very awkward - typical of cheap plastic parts. I change colors two or three times a day. Or I change to 3-hole punched paper and back. My last HP did not have an output tray that hung over the input tray and interfered with changing papers. The input tray on that machine smoothly slide into place.

Horrible experience
So I needed a printer. I bought this one because I have always bought HP printers. I signed up for the instant ink because I was suppose to get 6 months of free ink. Well I ran out of ink, I had to wait two days (without ink) for it to arrive, then when it arrived I opened it. When I pulled the tab off of the black ink, it spilled all over my hand and my kitchen counter. So I purchased my own ink. I do need to print, and my printer tells me it is not going to print. It was correct, now I cannot print a thing so I cancelled my instant ink. It still won't print with an ink cartridge I PURCHASED locally. I am so angry, and still I cannot print. I have my own business and I do not have time for this, nor the patience. I am sending it all back, lesson learned. Although I am still not sure what I did wrong, and unfortunately I never really had a chance to review the printer itself as the ink cartridge that came with it did not print many pages. So disappointed.

No USB port to scan to and bad paper tray design.
I carefully compared all HPs as well as other printers. Besides all the other considerations about printer's features I also wanted a printer with a USB port to scan directly to a usb stick. I purchased 8025e because its specs shows that you can scan to usb/pc. To my very disappointment when I got the printer I dont see any usb port to scan to. I am considering to return the printer. Also paper tray has cheap plastic and bad design. Hard to come and hard to feed paper.
