The printer was easy to install but less so to...
The printer was easy to install but less so to synchronise and use in the following days. It took me literally 20 minutes to set up cartridges and follow a step by step guide. It was equally easy to connect the printer to my phone and the laptop for the first time. However, I was struggling to use it on some occasions. After I recenrly installed an update the printer started working fine again but would expect this device to be more user friendly. I'm now able to scan documents, if the printer connects to the laptop/phone. I've signed up for 6 months of free instant ink. This should take care of any replacement cartridges and recycling of the old ones.

HP ENVY PRO 6032e All in one printer is small, quiet, very modern, elegant, I would even say. Set up was extremely easy and fast. A few minutes according to the instructions and the machine is ready to use. The printer is very simple, intuitive and works from the level of a smartphone. Hp envy all in one works quietly, quickly, is efficient and performs all its functions.
Certainly, 9 months of free instant ink is a big advantage, which I have been using for years and I am very happy with this service.
I can honestly recommend this printer to the whole family, for home use, school work and small businesses.

Terrible software making it inpractical
Desktop software is terrible. You need to continually relogin and if you can't log in then none of the features will work. It's all based arounf HP controlling how you use your printer/scanner. Do not sign up to the monthly ink deal because then you can't print unless your printer is connected to the internet and you are logged into your account. I just wanted a simple colour printer with scanner and this one fails. Not due to the equipment but because of the useless software. Wifi network printing also freequently disconnects unless you send it via HP, another con. Printing and scanning are decent when you are permitted to use them

First impressions are that the printer looks f...
First impressions are that the printer looks fantastic. A clean, modern design that is also discreet in our home office.
Setup was super easy; a case of simply plugging and following the instructions in our existing HP account. Our Instant Ink was switched over from our existing HP printer (an extra 6 months free was a lovely bonus!) and we were up and running in minutes.
Print quality has been excellent, whether wirelessly from a laptop or a smartphone. The app is really intuitive and easy to use and the Instant Ink service is great in managing the ink levels for you, all at a really competitive monthly cost.
Overall very happy.

We have had this printer for a little over two...
We have had this printer for a little over two weeks now and it has been fab. Its neat, compact and easy to use. I have installed the smart app on all the computers without issue and everyone can print as required. My only issue is that the ink that came with the printer lasted around 1 week, this was only printing around 50 pages which I didn't think was enough. We had to then wait a few days for the instant ink to arrive. I would have expected the initial ink to last longer than 50 pages mostly black and white printing. Other than that glitch it has been fab.

On receiving my printer, I really enjoyed the ...
On receiving my printer, I really enjoyed the sleek style of the design. It was so simple to set up, even for someone like me that has no idea about tech. Once set up, I can easily print anything from my phone or my PC. My children also use it for school with no problems at all, so it is really family friendly.
The only problem with this printer, is the layout of the buttons. We have cats, and when they step on the printer they’re always printing test pages! Even with this daily occurrence of accidental printing, I still haven’t had to replace the ink!

Great printer… quality prints and the price was reasonable
I needed another printer so I went with HP because the one I had for years wasn’t coooerating. The price was fair and the features are everything and more that I needed. I already had the bp smart
App so setup was very easy. My printer was up and running within approximately 15 mins. I’ve used it with ease and the quality of printing is impressive. Like the huge ones I use to use when I worked. I also gave my son who doesn’t live with me a link so he can print from anywhere and come home to retrieve his copies. I believe this is one of the best printers I’ve owned and they didn’t skimp on features.

On opening the box I was very pleased with the...
On opening the box I was very pleased with the look of this printer. It is very sleek and overall not too bulky. It was very easy to download the HP smart app but unfortunately after that I had problems. The WiFi wasn’t connecting and the printer kept flashing colours at me. Once it did connect after several attempts, the app was asking me for a custom password for the printer. Having no clue about this as it was the first time I used it I had to call HP support. This resulted in many attempts to try and reset the printer and a return call the following day to be told I have a faulty printer and to return it to the shop. Overall the printer looks good but unfortunately didn’t get to stage of printing!
