Good value laser printer
Really appreciate the ability to print via wifi, in colour and double-sided. It took a few attempts to do the wifi connection, and with several wifi options in the house you have to remember which one you used.

Very good, but cannot print out legible QR codes.
I have found this machine to be a very nice quick and efficient beast. However I was let down today because I printed out a passport application with a QR code on it. After taking it to the processing centre it couldn't be scanned. I had to return home and print again (one hour turn around trip), same problem. I had to end up emailing the document to the processing centre where they could could print it and scan it no problems. So this was my first disappointing experience with my new printer.

Unhappy with Print Quality and Print Speed
I purchased this printer on 20th December to replace another Laser and I am very disappointed with the print quality compared with my other printer. There is a problem with the exit rollers leaving vertical lines on the printed pages. Also, the toner cartridges are extortionate. I find the printer is very slow and far less than the speeds claimed by Brother.

Stupid windows print problem
We have another similar machine at our office, we got the 3560 for home.
One issue we have with this new one is that it prints a test page every time we switch on, or Windows 11 wakes up...it is extremely irritating and wastes tonnes of paper.
I believe it is a Windows 11 problem, but Brother need to get onto Windows and fix it!!!
