Just like your car, your computer needs to be serviced. Our Techteam will extensively test your computer to ensure that your device is running optimally. We will provide a comprehensive report detailing the results as well as advice on any recommended changes.

Booking your service

This service will be completed in store. After you have made your purchase you will receive a call from your local store to arrange a time convenient to you. You can also call the store directly to make an appointment. Device will need to be brought into your local Harvey Norman store.

Delivery
Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. A staff member will contact you where this occurs.

Easy returns

If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. We'll even pay for the postage if you live in an area where there is no store. Our returns policy covers any purchased item ( conditions apply).

So do you only fix laptops if they were purchased in your store?

Hi Missy. Thanks for your question. We prefer to only handle laptops and PC's purchased from us, as we use service agents for those brands. If your laptop is not a brand we sell, we may not be able to pass it onto a service agent in your area for you. We also do not have access to all your warranty information if you did not purchase from us. Hope this helps with your query
