Excellent sound qualityAfter using this for about a month now I must say i am Very impressed. The sound is clean and crisp, drivers are simple to install and the headset is very comfy for long gaming sessions. They are a very nice fit around the ears without causing any irratation at all. The mic picks up my voice perfectly and is very crisp and clear. Improved my gaming overall as you can hear so much more using this headset. LED lights are very nice and go together nicely with my corsair keyboard and mouse. Overall I am very impressed with this headset and I highly recommend it to any gamer looking for there perfect headset.

Crystal clear sound[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I've used these headphones for 2 days and have been using them with the PS4. First person games have become more immersive as you can hear your enemies footsteps right around the corner. Sound is great when you connect these to your PlayStation controller, but the real fun comes when you connect a PC or laptop and play games. The JBL Quantum one headphones have a software application that you can download to customize your sound and your lights. One thing to note though the lights on the headphones will only come on if you connect the USB and USBC to your headphones. If you're a PC gamer I definitely recommend these headphones if you're creating your next gaming setup.

Decent, but...I bought this headset over a year ago and was super excited because I really enjoy their speakers. When I got the headset it was great, but within a couple months the left speaker began producing static every once in a while. It would sometimes resolve itself, or sometimes I had to unplug the headset and plug it back in. Another problem is the RGB lights produce a every so slight hum when turned on. This may not bother some, but it does me. Lastly, as of a week ago (over a year of owning the headset) the fabric around the earmuff cushioning is coming undone. This is likely due to natural wear and tear, but I wouldn't have expected it to happen so quickly.

Mostly fantastic![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: Sound quality and comfort are excellent. The 360° sound signature is REALLY cool. The JBL Quantum app is easy to use and comes with an equalizer, which is nice. Calibration of headset is also pretty easy and worth it. Noise-canceling is great.
Cons: It would be ideal for this headset to be wireless, obviously. The microphone is decent/average. I wish that the headset was operable without the app- I don't always have access to a laptop/PC. If there was an Android version of the JBL Quantum app, problem would be solved. Although the sound quality is excellent, it could use more bass.

Crappy Audio CableI've had these headphones for about a year. If that. I was disappointed to learn that I had to use the 3.5mm Audio Cable to connect to my console controller instead of with the cable that allows all the features to be used. I have had issues with the 3.5mm Audio Cable on past JBL producta I gave owned and sure enough this one has been giving me trouble for several months now. I don't use the headphones that often so I'm not sure why this cable is already beginning to fail. I'm disappointed that I will most likely have to buy a new cable that I'll likely have to replace again at some point in the near future. Better quality cables please.

When it works, its great.This headset sounds great and I love the software that comes with it. This has been my opinion of this headset for a long time until recently. Every 2 weeks, this headset refuses to have sound. It simply does not register as headphones on my computer and will not change from speaker to headphone when I try. The only way I can remedy this is to completely uninstall the software then reinstall. When this is happening often, it gets annoying very, very, very fast. This will be my last high end headset from JBL, for the price that this headset costs, especially when I bought it several years ago, I expect more from my products and a functioning firmware system. This does not cut it anymore

Innovative![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This headset has some pretty unique features that I've never seen before. The head tracking made my normal pc gaming nearly a completely new enhanced experience! I could actually hear the action in what I can best describe as 3D like sound. It's like you're in the game literally! They are super comfortable and the RGB lighting is awesome! My only complaint is a personal one. Even though I understand the need for the setup to be a corded one due to the PC integration I'd love the set even more if they were wireless. I also frequently game on the PS4 and I'd love it if all the features were also available for use with console gaming as well.

Premium Product, Compact and LoudThese JBL gaming headphones bring to life any games that I play, be it on a PC or PS4(compatible with Xbox 1 too). The sound quality is immense and crisp, the headphones provide a comfortable wear with its luxury soft ear pads whilst at the same time noise cancelling and 3D audio. The head tracking on these headphones allows better reaction time and placement in games, when tilting the head to a certain direction the sound on that side becomes clearer as if you were in the game. The headphones offer wired and wireless options, up to 7 including 3.5mm braided cabled (definitely worth the money for durability) and USB C cable.

Is there a way to replace the headband? I have had mine a little over a year so the warranty is up but the fabric on the headband is coming out from the plastic.
