Rated 5 out of 5 by from Extraordinary sounds [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The JBL Quantum 100 sound is really amazing while playing the game I could hear the sound effects really good and the bass and music really blended in perfect. I love the cushion on the ears and the head. It feels really good when you are wearing them and they don't feel cheap at all. I like the mic I just which it could of had a rotating feature to it but it bends to your liking. The wire is not bad but I wish it could of had a bluetooth option as well. It has a sporty look which is cool that you match up with many gaming gear looks. As always you can trust JBL for great quality products.

The marketplace has a plethora of wireless options in different forms and sizes. Not to mention the wide price points and technological options. This is where the JBL quantum 100 nails it with simplicity. PROS: + Affordable with good build quality + Super lightweight and comfortable for wearing all day + Removable mic and mute button control + Good sound isolation + Bonus: No charging required :) CONS: - Weak Bass - Volume control placement isn't the best Overall a great option for working from home and gaming.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received these bad boys and immediately got to testing out the capabilities and was immediately surprised by the sound stage especially gaming on my Xbox. Sound was crisp and clear and especially on call of duty. You can hear people running behind you and that gave you a quick heads up to be ready to take them down. The mic was impressive also. Nice and clear with no lag. So I’m overall impressed with the build of the headphones and even listening for a couple of hours/ gaming, I had no head fatigue where they would hurt on other brands. Very comfy. These are my go to right now for gaming.

He says they're perfect for this because they're light and comfortable and the sound is HUGE! His words. I had to try them for myself. I completely agree with him. The sound is everything you'd expect from JBL. The memory foam earpads block the ambient noise without over squeezing and the detachable Mic. keeps things out of the way until you need it. When it's not in the way but don't need it you can just mute it with the push of a button. If the volume isn't right you can control that too with a rotary dial next to the mute button. I might have to get another pair for me and at this price, I think I will.

It’s very lightweight so you don’t even feel it on. As always with JBL the sounds are astounding. The flexible and removable mic is also an awesome feature with the ability to mute at a single touch of a button. Works well on any platform and is excellent for private video chats and video appointments with your loved ones or Doctor. I even tried with my MacBook Pro FaceTime feature and it worked great. Super highly recommended.

Compatible with virtually all platforms. The mic is detachable. They fit completely over your ear and are the most comfortable that iv'e worn. You can have a marathon session wearing these. The sound is what you would expect from a JBL product. They sound fantastic. The cord is more than long enough. It's a very simple plug and play set up. Very lightweight and have the feel of a very durable unit. You don;t need to worry about throwing these babies across the room after a bad beat. I would highly recommend these for any gamer in your life. A lot of bang for the buck!

The most outstanding feature, to me, is comfort. The size, shape, angle, and cushion of the ear cups makes them easy to wear with glasses on, and over-earfeel is light weight. Super lightweight and comfortable for wearing all day The microphone also sounds great and I love the fact that it is removable and has a mute button. And after a few years of using a wireless headset, it's very convenient to never worry about whether or not my headset is charged, no charging necessary. Good quality amazing sound,when talking to people it sounds like they're next to you. Microphone is very clear. ,

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to Use and Very Functional [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This gaming headset is very well designed, the buttons are very easy to find, not so small you can't find them in a hurry and not so big they just stick out. The volume control is a very nice function not just for gaming but when using these for other uses such as video conferencing. They are very comfortable and the part of the headset that rests on your head is nicely padded to allow for extended use without discomfort. The volume is more than loud enough for any of your needs but may be slightly less than some people desire for gaming. I really like that I can use these for video conferencing and I've been doing this a lot lately. For the price, I'd say these headphones are definitely worth the money you'd pay - comfort, sound, ease of use, and well made are all part of their value. As with all of the JBL brand speakers, headsets, earbuds, and bluetooth speakers I've owned, this headset seems to be something that'll give you the performance and quality you'd expect from JBL.

I bought this maybe 3 months ago while interstate, and the first time I used it, the detachable mic just won't work? Wont show up on Discord or other software, and mic quality clearly doesn't change. Help!

The mute/unmute button is found on the left earcup of the headphones. 2. Check that the detachable microphone is properly plugged into the headphones. 3. hi when i plug the quantum 100 aux cord into my headphone port, my audio only works and if i plug into mic port the mic only works, no audio. I want to be able to use both audio and mic. This can be a pc related issue, but ill try to see if jbl can help.

Our JBL Quantum 100 only has one wire. It's connected to the headphone speakers and mic. If your computer only has a headphone out and a mic in separate ports, you have to get an audio splitter that splits the mic and speakers into two jacks.

Yes. We recommend using a TRRS cable, which includes a microphone channel and should work as an audio extension cable for our JBL Quantum 100.

How do you charge the headphones  JBL 100

Our JBL Quantum 100 does not have a battery and does not require charging as these are passive headphones. Simply plug the 3.5mm cable to a compatible port and your JBL Quantum 100 is ready for use.
