Relieves Wrist Strain with Great Connectivity
I previously had the Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic mouse, which was a great change from a regular mouse, but was starting to get some fatigue in the wrist after a year or so of use. After some research, and deciding that a joystick mouse wasn't for me, this was the highest reviewed option. I wasn't disappointed, the wrist angle is great, the sensitivity button has already come in handy, and being Bluetooth instead of having to use a dongle (though it does come with one) is exactly what I was after. Extra benefit is that you can pair up to 3 devices and use the press of a button to switch between controlling them.

Too big
I've been using this mouse now for 8 days and my wrist is in pain. Unfortunately this mouse is too large for my hand and I have to stretch and keep it in an uncomfortable position all the time. In the Logitech online store it states that this device is for large and medium sized hands, but this little detail unfortunately is not mentioned on the Harvey Norman website. I will be looking to return it soonest to try the Logitech Lift Vertical, which is smaller.

Nothing but trouble, unreliable
I returned the first sample as it was so flakey. The second isn't much better. Scrolling will fail for no apparent reason. I have to turn on and off to get it back. Sometimes I have to power off/on by taking out the receiver. Then the mouse will sometimes lose the cursor and it jumps all over the screen.
Most of the time, when it works, it works well and the customisations are good.

Brilliant Mouse - easy to use and reduces strain
Fantastic mouse. Has been a lifesaver and reduced my RSI / OOS dramatically. It is comfortable and easy to use, fits into ones hand well and only took 15 mins or so to get used to. I’d recommend this mouse to anyone struggling with a traditional mouse as it’s remarkable the difference it’s made in my life.

Vertical mouse is the way to go!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this more than a year ago for work. I am in the building design industry and been using it everyday for work, and I will switch between work laptop and personal laptop. It connects up to 3 devices. Awesome mouse and love it!

Super Ergo Mouse
An all round pretty good mouse. Very comfy. My only problem has been Bluetooth connectivity issues, so connecting via RF. The issue may be laptop related, however I was unable to update drivers. That said, it works perfectly well connected via RF USB

Great mouse with poor setup instructions
Great mouse but appalling instructions to get set up to my requirements. I am relatively tech savvy so would not recommend to anyone that might struggle without step-through help. I resorted to You Tube which was more helpful.
