Rated 4 out of 5 by from Harvey Norman great customer service thru a crisis I have bought a Lenovo chrome book for 4 of my grandchildren to help the with virtual education during the covid 19 lockdown. I have had them collected all over the country by my grandchildren's parents. One son of mine went to collect it for his daughter and didn't take with him photo id. After endless effort Harvey Norman worked around the problem being helpful taking care of security and delivering the product. Thank you Harvey Norman, great machine great customer service.

Delivery
Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock.
