5. To enter the draw to win, a customer must make a purchase from The Promoter during the Promotional Period using their Mastercard and complete the entry form above.

6. Customer is eligible to submit one entry per invoice for The Promotion.

7. Transactions on Mastercard branded debit cards must be conducted online or contactless to be eligible.

8. The Prize is one (1) of four (4) Harvey Norman Gift Cards for the value of $25,000.

9. Gift Cards are issued by Harvey Norman Stores (NZ) Pty Limited and expire 24 months from the date of issue. Gift Card terms and conditions are available in store or online at www.harveynorman.co.nz

10. The winning invoice entry must be settled in full prior to the redemption of The Prize.

11. The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be used in the transaction in which it is issued.

12. If a customer order is cancelled, the customer’s entry will be removed from the Competition. Harvey Norman retains the right to recover the full gift card amount by way of deduction from the refund of purchase amount.

13. The Promoter will validate the transaction and reserves all rights to sight the Mastercard branded card used on the winning transaction.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to request that the Winner provide suitable identification with proof of age, address and identity prior to awarding the Prize.

15. The draw for The Prize will take place at Harvey Norman Head Office, 72 Cavendish Drive, Manukau City, Auckland on Friday 12 August 2022.

16. The winners (4) of this competition are determined by the Promoter. The winners are chosen at random.

17. The Prize winners will be notified by phone.

18. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to notify the winners by phone. All prizes must be claimed by responding within 7 days of the prize draw.

19. In the event that the winner/s cannot be contacted within 7 days, the prize will be considered forfeited and The Prize will be re-drawn.

20. A re-draw for any unclaimed Prize will take place within four weeks of the competition closing at the offices of Harvey Norman Stores (NZ) PTY Ltd, 72 Cavendish Drive, Manukau, Auckland. The winner/s of the unclaimed Prize draw will be contacted via phone.

21. The winner must agree to their name, region and photo being published on www.harveynorman.co.nz and in any other marketing material produced by The Promoter, and to any publicity The Promoter requires as part of receiving the prize. The winner agrees to make themselves reasonably available for this purpose, without compensation.

22. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage, whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury or death suffered or sustained in connection with The Prize.

23. Entries that are illegible, incomplete or do not comply with these Terms are invalid. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants as required (including an entrants identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.

24. The Promotion is not open to employees of Harvey Norman Stores (N.Z.) Pty Ltd, their immediate families and Mastercard employees.

25. Entry into The Promotion is deemed as consent to these terms and conditions, and as consent to use the prize winner's name and photograph for any publicity associated with this promotion.

26. Promoter may at its absolute discretion, suspend, cancel or recommence the Promotion if (a) for any reason the Promotion is not capable of proceeding as planned; (b) if the Promotion is corrupted or the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion is affected; or (c) if the determination of the winners or delivery of prizes is prevented or hindered by any event outside the Promoters control subject to approval by relevant regulatory authorities.

27. The Promoter's decision in relation to this Promotion is final and binding on entrants and the Promoter will not enter into any correspondence.

28. The product and services purchased to enter this Promotion are provided solely by Harvey Norman, under such terms and conditions as determined by Harvey Norman, and Mastercard accepts no liability whatsoever in connection with such products and services.
