We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. can you alter the display time for each photo ?

I'm looking for a solution that a non-tech elderly person could use. Once we load images on, if they want to pause the stream or go back a picture, are their options to do that? As it has a touch screen, I guess there's no remote control?

Great question Kevin! They certainly can! Though it doesn't include a remote, due to being touch screen, they will be able to pause any slide-show and swipe touch using on-screen indicators, to control. Trust this helps! ^CO

Hi HN team, I wonder please if there is a built-in timer (either on the app or the device itself) for automatic switch on/off e.g. at night? Alternatively, will it work to use a separate timer similar to those that can be used on appliances?

Great question Lesley! Yes, you can set the unit to sleep and wake up at specific times of day in the display menu. You can change active days, so it can be on for Monday, off for Tuesday etc also.
