Reviews
Sony Alpha A6400 Mirrorless Camera with 16-50mm Lens is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 35.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Worth every penny! I’ve been practicing photography since the 80s. “I’m a firm believer that it is not the camera that makes the shot but the eyes behind it.” “The camera, for me, only improves the quality of the shot but never the composition. “(Yup, you can quote me on both.) I only owned a few cameras (I’m not one of those geeks who jump at buying the latest gadget every time one is released) since then. This is my latest acquisition after a decade of using a dslr which I was (and still am) quite happy with. However, I needed something less bulky and could take (better then smartphones) sharper pictures - enter Sony @6400. This was recommended by a friend who also likes to take pictures. After a couple of month of delaying and researching, I finally got mine at a great sale price! Tried it out, and I was blown away by the quality of the pictures this unit took! It’s gonna take me a couple more sessions to get really used to it but by what I’ve seen so far, this is a great camera! Very little post editing required! Only draw back, the raw format isn’t compatible with an editing software out there. However, there are other software one can use that are more efficient once you get the hang of it. Totally loving this new cam! Worth every penny! Looking forward to another decade with this one!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from APS-C Rocks !! Such an underrated and under estimated camera. Build quality is very good and it snaps away with ease. Wether you wish to use the preset functions and picture settings or go it alone and manual shoot. The camera is in my onion a perfect gateway to bigger and more powerful full frame cameras. But as a stand alone devise cupelled with the lens of your desired choice or affordability it just amazing. Highly recommend for anyone and everyone that enjoys the art of capturing the moment through and eyepiece.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Versatile and lightweight I had a a6000 before and I bought this as an upgrade and was not disappointed. I always bring it whenever I travel because it is not bulky and very versatile.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Popular camera I bought this about a month ago. I have been looking at buying a camera for a few years. I had always used compact automatic cameras so this was first ICL camera. So I am a beginner currently learning the different features and functionalities of the camera. Since the camera is still very popular and has been out for a while, there are many YouTube videos on the camera and how to fully utilise it to get the photo look you are after.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great to start After a week or two with this camera, I'm really beginning to love it. I purchased an additional Sony 20mm f2.8 lens and noticed a big quality difference between that lens and the kit lens that came with the camera, so if you're getting started with photography like me, consider getting another lens to really make the most of this camera. It's easy to use and a delight to whip out and capture any moment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Complete Camera Not wanting to spend more money that what I needed to on a professional camera, this incredible camera has produced some of the best images I have ever taken. Everything from fast moving wildlife, to stunning landscapes. as well as astrophotagraphy, this is the complete camera. I married it with the Sony 70-350mm OSS G lens, completing a match made in heaven

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sophisticated I bought this as a supplement to my Sony RX10iv, as a lighter “holiday” camera. I take mainly nature and landscape photos. I’m amazed frankly, and thrilled at its ease of use, ready access of features, and the high quality of images produced, all of which I’d expect from more expensive cameras. Well done Sony.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great camera I’m new to photography and don’t have much knowledge however have found this camera to be great so far. Fantastic quality and easy to navigate. I was worried when reading reviews about the interface being outdated and hard to use, however, I have not found this to be the case. Very simple!
