They are either too expensive or cheap and limited. This camera is versatile, well constructed and very competitively priced. It was exactly what I was looking for to give to my student daughter.

Is there a camera case that can also be purchased for this camera?

Currently, there isn’t a specific Kodak-branded case for the Pixpro FZ45, but you can find compatible camera cases from third-party brands. Look for a compact, padded case that fits cameras of similar size, offering protection for the Kodak Pixpro FZ45. Many universal camera cases should work well.

Im having trouble charging the camera. Should I take the batteries out to charge?

Great question Michele! If using rechargeable ones then you can, as long as the camera is powered off before attempting to remove the batteries, and you only use the right batteries for the device. It accepts 2 x AA Alkaline NiMH Batteries. Hope this helps! ^CO

Does this camera come with a sd card?
