Great device and a greater customer service
This is a first apple product in the house, so it's not really a comparative review. But the device is impressive overall and more impressive was the customer service by the Harvey Norman. The purchase was done online and it was a very speedy, hassle free experience especially around the Corona situation. Coming back to the product, very sturdy (bought it for a 7 year old) with the appropriate cover. Fantastic battery life, smooth operating system. We are still getting used to the new system (icloud) as we mainly used the android devices but that's our own experience. So far so good. Thanks.

A worthy replacement for an older iPad.
Usual Apple standard as it is a replacement for an older generation. It is brighter, clearer and only slightly but noticeably bigger than the previous iPad. The increased memory is a great bonus.
