The top surface is designed to be used and works well. This is the second of these we have bought, we needed another for a different building, and a large part of the buying decision was based on the experience with the first one.

Rated 3 out of 5 by NOT HAPPY SAM from TEMPERATURE SETTING Great bar fridge but it has the most ridiculous dial so you can change the temperature settings. This DIAL should be marked with with NUMBERS so the refrigerator section can be easily set to 5oC instead of the customer having to figure out how the darn dial works!!!!!

Hi, what is the dB output for this fridge?

We have contacted the manufacturer and they confirm they do not conduct dB rating measurements on Westinghouse products due to the lack of an industry standard for REF products. Quoted measurements from other sources are unreliable as they are not constant and do not account for varying testing conditions and environmental factors. This may lead to confusion for consumers regarding the accuracy and validity of such measurements. Trust this helps!
