One step forward, two steps back
We purchased this machine to replace a Westinghouse we'd had for about 16 years which was sounding like a small jet was taking off in our laundry. This Westinghouse is okay and has some nice features and washes clothes well. One of the features I now unexpectedly love is the delay wash which allows me to load the washer the night before and have freshly washed clothes to hang out in the morning. My main disappointment is the spin - it does not get clothes as dry as my old one and I wish now I had bought a higher spin machine. However, it may be that it is kinder on clothes this way.
I also don't like that you can't 'fudge' the programs. I used to have an 'advance' button on my old machine if I wanted a quicker wash I could advance onto the next part of the cycle. Sometimes I want to do a quick full load but the quick cycle on this machine will only allow the smallest load. I will have to adjust the way I wash which is okay. If you change cycle mid-wash it will only yet you start from the beginning again.
I haven't experimented with the automatic water level yet much, the first time I tried it didn't put enough water and I mainly do full loads anyway.
The machine looks smart, has a flat lid and the functions are easy to set but there are many restrictions on which settings are available for each cycle. I wish it allowed a fully manual selection. It's nice and big so I do fewer loads. It is also very quiet. I like that it has a removable filter.

Amazing 🤩
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wasn’t looking for a new washing machine. Ours died and needed a new one. This washing machine was on sale. I didn’t look for the best bargain going round. But!!! I’m sure I got it!! It’s quiet cleans clothes really well. ( partner a bricklayer) so you can imagine the state of the clothes. I love how it turns its self off and doesn’t beep a million times. Even my partner commented oh how quiet it is. Strongly advised this machine. Is it also very sleek looking 👀 😊.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine two weeks ago and it is a great machine. My previous machine which I've had for over 10 years was a LG 10kg which was the most annoying machine ever. Without an agitator my clothes would end up all tangled and I struggled just to get them out of the machine :( My clothes come out now not tangled and very clean. Extremely happy now :)

Love Westinghouse
A great looking washer that fits a good load of towels in, etc. Initially, there was a problem with the one I bought. Westinghouse replaced it and the turn around was prompt, have been doing regular washes ever since. However, was concerned to find a small screw inside the tub when taking out the first wash. So far, so good though. The company seems to respond very well to issues. Thank you.

Westinghouse 10kg Easy Care top Loader is fantastic
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this washing machine a month ago and have been so happy with its quality. The fast 20 min cycle is great for a small amount when you’re running short of time Love the charcoal colour so nice and soft close lid is great!
Would definitely recommend for a family as the 10kg is very good.

Taking me a while to get used to my new washing machine.
I spent several hours on the floor trying to level the machine, not easy for a 79 year old woman with back, knee & shoulder problems. Can't understand why my sheets still end up all on one side of machine, tangled. I would prefer to choose the options myself instead of set ones eg water level etc.
