Doesn't Dry Well
What's the point of an energy efficient dryer if you have to put it on the highest possible setting to get all your clothes dry? I find we're always putting it on Cupboard Dry +3 if we don't want things to come out damp. Or the towel setting. I've read through the manual to see if I'm using the wrong settings. It might work if you have tons of clothes, enough to do an entire wash of just t-shirts, say. But I'd be doing 5 different tiny loads if I wanted to dry them all on the exact right setting.

Quality product, cheap to run!
Awesome build quality - solid door that goes 'chonk' when you shut it. Quiet operation - it does take longer than traditional vented dryers, but there's no steamy/dusty smell and your clothes feel so much softer and less not 'fried' like my old vented dryer. Have a family of 6 and do at least one load a day in my 16kg washer so usually do two loads in the dryer each day which was costing me a fortune using a 1.5 star rated vented dryer. Only had the Bosch for less than a week prior to the end of my current power bill and it was already around $20 less than the month before so am hoping that's a continuing downward trend - am sure it will pay itself off pretty fast based on that saving!

Do not buy
Do not buy this dryer. Drying time can be 4-5 hours and no matter what setting the dryer is on, clothes come out damp. Sheets roll into a ball and do not dry

So far so good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this heat pump dryer when my old condenser dryer gave up the ghost. As that didn't last long, I bought Bosch hoping it would be a more long-lasting and and high quality appliance. So far it looks good, works well, is quite slow (but then I read all heat pump dryers are slower than other types) and ticks all the boxes. Fingers crossed this continues!

Door Direction Option - disappointment
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got it on its first test. Yet installing it, discovered the door opens to the right. Bosch Washing Machine below it opens to the left. Can this be changed? No youtubes specific to Bosch. No instructions in booklet saying so. Will not attempt, but should be an (easy DIY) option on this and other Bosch products. Seems to be so for other brands.

HEAT PUMP DRYER

Theres so many functions which is great to pick from Towels to Delicates, to Quilts etc. Saves on energy as I dont have to worry on how long it drys clothes. Its a clever machine. I will be buying more Bosch products in the future.

This machine is quiet and I like that its drained (no heat or huumidity into the room). Huge range of auto cycles, and seems very effective so far

Nice Machine
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine overall works very well, and the craftsmanship is also very good. However, some modes do not dry clothes, only the 'Timed programme warm' can dry clothes. I hope this can be improved.
