Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed. The dishwasher works really well so far. The door makes a bit of a sound of resistance when we open and close it but hopefully that gets a bit better over time. For a new appliance, we don't love the layout - the cutlery basket seems to just float in the middle of the bottom tray and takes up more space than it's worth. It makes it hard to stack the tray with other items. The main issue is with the bottom tray - when you slide it out, the wheels fall off the track every time and you have to lift it back on and adjust to slide back in. There is nothing in the installation instructions or user guide to suggest a cutlery basket location, stacking suggestion, or how to fix the bottom tray.
