Rated 3 out of 5 by from Double Dishwasher Dishwasher, Sanitise I am disappointed with the latest Double DishDrawer Sanitise model. Having been very happy with 2 previous models I find this model seem to be more about looks than ‘usability’. The pullout drawer handle is a long strip across the front of the machine and faces upwards which catches any food or rubbish. ALL the dials button etc are on the inside of the machine. The instruction manual is not very clear, I am still struggling to work out how to change the amount of Rinse Aid as I am having to dry dishes and there is quite a lot of water left in the machine. There is no indication on the machine of approx know long each cycle takes or in the manual. I would not recommend this model.

After quzzing lots of family members the concensus was that a double dishdrawer was the way to go. I couldnt be happier! This is fantastic. The kitchen always looks tidy with no dishes on the bench and best of all if you only have a small load, then just use one drawer - perfect! Its super quiet (sometimes i have to check its really on 😆). Does a brilliant job of cleaning, even glassware. I usually use the extra dry option. Cant say enough good things about this product. NO CONS at all, not even one. Fisher & Paykel have outdone themselves with their dishdrawer model. Thanks F & P!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Series 9 v series 7 DD drawer The series 9 double dish draw was unsuitable for our purposes. This was our third dish draw and we very extremely disappointed in its performance 1) dishes don't come out dry - even with the dry+ feature 2) dishes don't come out clean - tea cup stains 3) the dish wash cycle times are only available through the use of an app- not practical for a family of two 4) no automatic restart feature if draw is paused during wash cycle. NOTE: we have changed our series 9 dish draw for a series 7 sanitise model and it is excellent. Dry, clean, dishes and a digital display so no need for app!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Double Dish Draw We have had a Double Dishdraw since 2022 and will never go back to a single door dishwasher. The recent purchase of a Dishdraw is waiting for our extension and new kitchen to be built but we know we will not be disappointed. If you are looking for a Dish Washer we would highly reccomend a Dishdraw, No bending over or down they are fantastic and we have always found them to be very reliable

Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT Dishwasher This is our 3rd Double DishDrawer - love them - the ability to fill one and get it washing whilst you can still put dishes in the other is great. It washes well and you can actually fit a lot in each drawer if you stack them well. I would recommend to all people, particularly small families and couples. Mind you I reckon larger families would also be happy with this dishwasher.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from I wish this actually cleaned This looks great, was installed well, it's really quiet, and it's very handy having smaller drawers for a smaller household. But, it is not good at actually cleaning. I'm handwashing a lot again after they've gone through. I think perhaps the jets only being on the bottom is a problem. Some items look like they haven't even been rinsed, powder is still on cutlery, and don't bother using the top trays, it can't cope with tablets very well (put them in the bottom, not the cutlery tray). It's tricky that there's no display visible to know where it's up to, and the remote feature to phone isn't helpful because you have to go to the dishwasher and set it up every single time you want to use it to start a cycle - not very remote. I got this to replace an old machine that was no longer cleaning reliably, but this one does worse. I had a service call to check it, but apparently there's nothing wrong. Just a bad dishwasher I guess.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed Very disappointing that within 2 hours of new installation, we had to put in a sevice warranty claim. Top drawer was loose n wobbly. Reparman was good but needed a new door n 2 other patrs Was advised recently that not all parts are available n had to reschedule to new date. Not what i expect of a new machine n their quality control

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Double dish drawer Have previously owned a double dish drawer dishwasher from Fisher and Paykel.. Disappointed with this one. Dishes come out very wet so you have to use the dry/sanitise setting. Even after using this still a lot of water in the bottom and around the top of the machine.. Cleans well but I wouldn’t repurchase.
