We are very happy with our Fisher & Paykel drawers
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were nervous about purchasing dish drawers, but we are currently very happy with our purchase. We made the mistake of turning the wrong drawer on once or twice but have mastered it now. The bottom piece that sits flush with the floor, sometimes interfered with our feet, but we also got used to that. This machine is super quiet and the finished indicator beeps do not interfere with our conversations or TV watching. This machine is very efficient in cleaning and so purposeful having the two drawers available in a big, busy family. It is sleek in design, so looks great and suits out needs

Making life a little easier!!!
This is my very first dishwasher and I'm nearly in my 80's. I chose the 2 drawer dishwasher as it's easier for me as I get older and it works so well in that regard.
I am a little disappointed because not every wash cleans as well as I'm expecting and on occasions the tablet is still there. I have a friend who had always had a two drawer and has recently bought a replacement as his old one was not working and he is experiencing the same problem. His old machine he could never fault. One on the other reasons I went for mine was because of how happy he always was with his old one .
When it washes properly I cannot fault it and am so pleased I decided to buy it

Impressive dish drawer dishwasher
Really love this dishwasher. It has numerous features we have never had with any dishwasher. My partner loves that we can load one drawer while the other washes. She also loves the app that tells her when the load is finished or when the filter needs to be cleaned. It uses far less dish dryer than previous dishwashers we've owned. There are indicator lights that let you know when you need to add more dryer. You have to get used to the buttons, because you just need a light touch to start/ pause etc. Indicator lights let you know which drawer is in use and it is so much quieter than previous dishwashers. We couldn't be happier!

Dissapointed to be honest.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Do I like it as much as my last one that I had for 15 years? No. A kitchen renovation prompted a new purchase (I wanted to use my old one) however, the casing had rusted on the outside (ages ago) but did not want to run the risk of a flood in my new kitchen so a new one was purchased. For starters, the drawers are not where as big as my first double drawer model. I find the control buttons user unfriendly, unlike before. Was really hoping it was going to be the same as what I had had but it's not, not even close. My old model was still going strong btw, 15 years!

MY WONDERFUL FRIEND IN THE KITCHEN
I am so happy to have the Double DishDrawer Dishwasher as I have never had any dishwasher in my 81 years. My husband was able to help with washing dishes up until this year, so I decided I needed to have a dishwasher. I find that it saves me so much time in the kitchen and I can get other house work done. The double drawer is an excellent set up for just 2 people (or one) as as soon as one drawer is full it can be washed and I can start stacking the other drawer. Also it doesn't take so long to empty 1 drawer when necessary. The water saving is also a bonus when you have to save water.

Disappointment
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our third double dish drawer and it is a disappointment. The new control panel is difficult - I need to wear my glasses to see which drawer is selected, much better with the old arrangement of one control for each drawer. Several times it has run a setting we didn't want - presumably because the panel has been touched inadvertently which is all to easy. Items are not properly dry unless you choose dry+ - and not always even then (yes there is rinse aid in it). And the fascia panel underneath the bottom drawer keeps coming off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher has completely opened up a whole new lease on life for me and my family, we no longer haft to come hm from long hard hours off work and slave over dishes no more..it cleans everything crystal clean and i have two draws incase i wanna separate the bigger things such as pots or boards/ things that just dont always fit with smaller dishes. So it's convenient to have two separate drawers...more importantly im happy cause its not very noisy and you can set it to your liking short or long wash but all and all its amazing 😉

Not so easy to operate, even with instructions!
We had the Double DishDrawer at our previous house, and wanted it again, but find that with only controls on the top drawer to work both drawers it is difficult to work out how to use. The instructions didn't come with the unit, so we had to go back to the point of sale and get them to print them out for us. We worked out how to use the lower drawer on its own but the instructions don't say how to use both drawers at the same time. I have read through the instructions and Googled, to no avail, and haven't been able to find a phone number for Fisher & Paykel to speak to someone direct.

What is the minimum height cavity for this dish drawers
Great question Yvonne. The minimum cavity height required by DD60D2NX9 is 820Hmm, while the height of the drawer is adjustable from 820mm to 880mm. This measurement is also inclusive of the kick panel, and adjustable feet, and we recommend checking with the team in-store, or your installer, for specific install requirements.
