Rated 5 out of 5 by from Everything I didn’t know I needed [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When our old dishwasher broke, I figured we would just get a cheap one to replace it. We ended up spending a little more and going with the AEG 60cm freestanding stainless dishwasher. I have to say it was worth it. This dishwasher is so easy! Easy to load, to clean and empty. I didn’t realise what a difference to dinner time clean up a good dishwasher could be. It leaves everything sparkling, it is quiet( which is a must when running after dinner and kids are going to bed) and I love the quick 30mins the cycle. Definitely recommend.

The fold down racks on the bottom drawer make it very versatile for large bowls, pots and pans. Having the cutlery drawer at the top also gives more space at the bottom for bulky items. If for some reason I needed more height for the middle drawer if I had a lot of small plates, small bowls etc. to wash, I could easily remove the cutlery drawer and stand the cutlery up in a suitable container in the bottom drawer if I wanted to. I like that it gives me options for items of various sizes.

So far have tried most of the programs. 90% of the time I just use the ECO setting but this takes 3 hours so I have experimented with the 30minutes (great for just glassware) and the 60 minutes (great for lightly soiled or rinsed plates) It's very quiet. The top basket can be raised giving extra room at the bottom and is great for oversized plates So far I can't fault it

It is fabulous, washes all my baked on food from the roasting dishes, washes my delicate glass and crystal ware beautifully. I love the special level for cutlery and no longer have to remind my husband to put the knives and forks into the dishwasher he said it is fantastic. I’ve washed everything on an hour cycle and it is perfect. Love the way it opens its door and drys the dishes using air.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Regret I changed my mind and bought this product at the last minute. The spaces don’t work well. Not enough space for an average size dinner plate on one level and average tumbler glass on the middle shelf. Tried all kinds of arrangements but no luck - frustrating. I should have gone with my first choice. Also, the shelves are not very sturdy and smooth as they pull in and out. It tends to leave marks on plastic boxes and cutlery. Disappointed and stuck with it!

Strong well built quality product / internal shelves - layout of shelves and cutlery shelf is perfect, the bottom holders lay down allowing bigger items, allows awesome clean everyone time. But the game changer for us is the self opening door popping open ajar at end of wash allowing faster air drying of all items … just brilliant!

The modes allow you to select an appropriate mode and the plates, cutlery, pots, pans and glassware all come up amazing. It’s also very quiet. We also purchased it when it had a 10yr manufactures warranty on all parts and labour.
