Rated 3 out of 5 by from TV I bought this because my previous TV stopped working after 4 years. Even with that being the case I wished I hadn't changed brands. TV's are meant to be simple. This remote has 13 different buttons (not including Apps) Hardly simple. TV is now 4 weeks old and I am STILL waiting for a reply to my email to your customer service (who had no idea how to solve the issue and kept blaming a set top box) because channels were not showing in full screen. TV STILL not working as it should. Guess I will have to make another phone call.

However, it sometimes tends to lag and also doesn’t power up the first time I switch it on. I would say it’s a budget offering from a big brand like Sony. Also, Sony doesn’t provide any free content like what Samsung provides. There’s no bang for buck when you go with Sony. Go for it if you think your going to get a PlayStation else there are other good options

Ive had 3 bravia tv’s in the last 20 years and i have still got all all of them an they’ve never skip a beat.A lot of mates have followed suite an bought bravia 3’s since my purchase an all are extremely happy with their purchase

If using mobile as hotspot TV connects and there is little to no lag. Works well with non-Sony DVD and soundbar excellent. I do have a little trouble occasionally with start-up, particularly if I have turned TV off at the wall, but a quick restart fixes all problems.

Also we have internet connected through WiFi and it keeps dropping out, we having multiple things connected in the home through WiFi and it dosen't happen to them only the TV

This TV delivers and it is basically entry level. The only thing it is missing which I. only realised after I got it is DTS or at least DTS pass thru. It is a Sony product after all. Maybe it can be added in a software update.
