Everything I expected
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s not a crisp and beautiful QLED, but it does have a great picture, solid color range, and lies almost completely flush to my wall, just like a picture frame.
I purchased this TV for a large open room with lots of light. The anti-glare feature works well and the tv audio fills a large open room well. The volume is almost as good as having a standard soundbar.
I’ve had limited use of the art catalog, but the free trial has me hooked. The ability to cycle through high quality art is amazing and keeps the room fresh and interesting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was little concerned before buying the samsung frame tv and thought more of a gimmick but trust me once it was mounted on the wall all my perception has changed. It is a beautiful tv I have ever seen and the quality of the display is so good, even when you a direct lightsource in front of it. I am photographer by hobby and this frame is able display anything I throw at it and it displays it with beautifully. My only concern is audio but when paired with a samsung soundbar that concern also goes away. If given a chance I would buy another one for my home theater. I highly recommend this tv.

Cinematic experience in only 50 inches - amazing!

However, our experience with The Frame QLED 4K LS03D has been nothing short of game changing for our home viewing experience. So enjoyable! We do not have a large living room so the size is perfect and the picture quality from virtually any angle is just great. We've had it almost 10 months now and this was one of the best buys we've ever made for our family entertainment. This season we're going to add a Samsung HW-C450 soundbar to complement the amazing imagery. Thank you Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the concept of the frame. I wanted a large digital photo frame which could be connected to my phone and upload images. Which this does. HOWEVER, the process is so tedious. To get optimal images uploaded, you need to process them one at a time. It takes approx 5 minutes to upload one image. The app often crashes mid upload. It’s lacking usability. The product is called ‘the frame’, so I thought art and images would be at the forefront of its design, but its essentially an expensive tv and art is added as an extra afterthought.

Backlight bleeding in scenes at night - normal?
I had this delivered three weeks ago. Do not buy, the screens have light bleeding which based on other review sites Samsung like to call a normal phenomenon which are part of spec. I have had two frames before which were excellent. But this is disappointing. If you like mottled screens when watching dark scenes, and tiny flashlights shining up from the bottom corners of the tv this is the one for you. Have asked for another tv but have to deal with Samsung instead of Harvey Norman!
If you only want the tv for day time viewing and for the pretty art view then you will enjoy this tv.
I will try adding photos and vid but at the moment it is not letting me.

I absolutely love this TV as a work of art.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a large wall of windows opposite the wall is is mounted on and struggled to finding g anything I could hang that the sunlight didn't wash out. The anti-glare and matte glass is perfect and no matter the amount of sunlight it still looks great! I love choosing different art work based on the season or even my mood. People have asked "where I got the painting" and it is fun to reveal that it is a TV. I have also made gallery wall of several pictures from recent family vacations and it is so easy to use the smart things app to quickly upload photos. I use the TV as a speaker often while cooking or entertaining and listen to music or pod casts while still having it on art mode.

Large Backlight Bleeding Issues
Preordered the 2024 model because I’d been wanting a frame TV for quite a while. Unboxing was normal but it had weird white powder all over the outside of the TV, and when I went to turn on the TV it had insane amounts of backlight bleeding. My guess is that quality control is not great right now. Have never had issues with Samsung TV quality before, but this was extremely poor.
