Not great, but it works.
Poor UX design, the main reason of purchasing a TV is for watching it, but between the poor button layout on the remote having multiple buttons which preform an identical function, and the firmware is insistent on showing the home menu when you exit one of the features (eg. tv guide) meaning you are required to press the exit button multiple times to get back to watching tv. The firmware will not update by itself, it needs to be done manually, which is very difficult to find through the samsung support webpage. And you cannot record programs, tv recording is not available on this model of tv, which I previously thought all new tv's were capable of doing.

Slower than the 2019 model
Bought this as a replacement to a 4 year old version that was uneconomical to repair and have the exact same model in the kitchen that's 2 years old, this updated version is slow, I sent the first one back as that was terrible, the replacement isn't much better. Maybe it is the 1410 firmware at the kitchen one has a 13xx firmware with no update pending. Anyway disappoint with it. We also have the 32in smart monitor which is superb and wish I'd bought a second one of.
Considering the usual quality of Samsung products this is a complete let down, even at the bargain price.

No foxtel and missing features makes a dumb tv
Whilst the picture quality is okay and the television works in a similar manner to my other Samsung TVs, there are many features simply not available on this television which should be available.
I purchased the television in order to run the Foxtel l app. Amazingly this app is not supported. It is supported on my other televisions but not this particular TV model. This is ridiculous
I see other reviews also pointing out missing features

Excellent teevee
Really easy to set up, took about 15mins for me to unpack and attach the stand correctly and a further 15mins to go through the setup process on screen. It was really straightforward to do, and the on screen instructions were easy to follow. Took a couple of attempts to connect to my WIFI but that isn't an issue. Has all the main apps already installed and the remote control has quick link buttons to the commons ones (netflix, amazon prime etc.) The picture is amazing, very crisp and great colours. Considering that I bought this teevee to go in the bedroom and it really is a great purchase. Not expensive for FHD either.

Australian models don't have Airplay
Bought this TV for my caravan with the belief that it came with Airplay 2, only to find that it is not available in Australia.

Great product and great value
Great small 2nd tv. Easy set up and excellent picture. The sound is a bit tinny but that is probably because I am comparing to our huge stereo sound tv in the lounge room. Very good value for money.

Lovely Slim TV BUT……
It does not appear to have Airplay which limits it’s utility to me as I bought it for use in the garage and having to do all sorts of alternative methods to try and get it to mirror my phone and iPad.

Great TV
Great TV has many great functions and the picture is clear and sharp. My reason for three stars is because it's advertised it comes with One remote function which mine did not. Instead, I received an old fashioned remote with lots of buttons. Makes it very hard to navigate a smart TV when you have a remote like this. Disappointed I didn't get the one remote as advertised, that was one of the reasons I purchased this TV. Otherwise, I can't fault the TV happy with that.
