[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always used Dyson, so this purchase was a gamble, but I’m more than surprised, it’s got a far more solid stick, it sucks brilliantly, it’s quieter, (my Dyson sounded like a lawnmower) and the Samsung picks up from our hardwood floors and carpet easily. We have two dogs, one a husky and he sheds fur daily, actually by the minute, so I’m pretty impressed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works great, but battery life lets it down. Three weeks into using this product. I've had a cheap cordless upright before, and there is no comparison to this Samsung. It's not over complicated with a ton of modes, it's just medium, high and jet mode. Does the basics which when you vacuum, which is all you really need. Great attachments that are flexible for tight corners and window blinds. It's also very light and comfortable to use. That being said, the battery life is disappointing. We live in a mid-size two-bedroom apartment, and frequently I can only do half of the apartment before having to charge to battery again. However, this may also be because of my desire to use the high and jet modes. Regardless, would totally recommend this vacuum, it's sleek, a nice color, comes with great accessories, easy to empty the dust, and does what it's supposed to do, without breaking the bank.

I have to pick all hairs and threads by hand. I am not sure my machine is faulty or that product is not efficient enough to have simple household cleaning ability. I will never recommend this Jet 75.

I’m very satisfied with it, especially for the price. I switched from using a Dyson, and I actually find the suction power more satisfying with this one.
