Great must have vacuum, although at a heft price.
Bought this a month ago, and I think it's one of the best tech purchases our house hold has made. Moving up from the V6, it's capability and power is on another level. From carpet to the hardfloors, there's nothing it can't clean. Love it! The green light feature to see dust, makes me clean way more than I use to. The auto detect feature, means I don't have to worry as much about the battery life as it understand when/when not to ramp up the suction. The only downside it the price. So look for those deals, especially end of financial and end of year sales.

What a great vacuum cleaner!
The V15 Absolute is a very effective cleaner. The "Fluffy Optic" head is brilliant. You can see the dust particles on the floor so you can clean them up. I thought it might be a gimmick, but it actually works really well. The time left indicator on the screen is fantastic for knowing when you need to recharge - but that is a long way off with the great battery life. The "Digital Motorbar" head is great on all surfaces. The ability to clean everything yourself is great and being able to swap batteries makes it possible to clean a huge area.

So good it should come with a warning
Do not buy this vacuum cleaner if you like living in ignorance to how filthy your floors really are! I honestly believed I was doing a good job vacuuming before I upgraded to this machine. As soon as I tried this model I could see so many areas I wasn’t cleaning properly. Put me to shame! The light for hard floors is fantastic although it has made me want to do a thorough vacuum each time rather than a quick clean. The suction is fantastic on my carpets too. This one vacuum has superseded my other two, I have a large house and it does the whole place really well with battery left over. I wish the light technology worked on carpets too! Have recommended this vacuum to my friends.

It's great, I now understand why people love Dyson
I bought this two weeks ago and love it! I am now a convert to the dyson stick vacuums. Surprisingly I actually like the detect green laser feature which helps to show where the dirt is, originally I thought it was a bit gimmicky but it does help target areas for vacuuming.
The two negatives are 1: the setup instructions are terrible and it's really not obvious that the little brush goes inside the main tube! This was very frustrating to work out.
2: The decorative red foam \frill around the motor is very delicate and has already been damaged in the first few uses. I don't see the point in it. "

Great Product
Absolutely love this vacuum cleaner. Had been tossing up whether to get one for a couple of years, big mistake, should have just brought it. Its battery power is strong and picks up EVERYTHING. I am addicted and vacuum every day now as it's so easy, just pickup and off you go, no rolling out cords or wheeling around cumbersome cleaners.

I absolutely love it. I thought my Dyson V8 was good but the V15 is by far more superior. It' so light , the longer running time is a Godsend. I love the graph bar telling you what the vacuum cleaner is picking up. The laser on the brush bar is fantastic. I thought that my normal vacuum had picked up everything on my tiles but when using Dyson with the brush bar the light showed what was actually on the floor and I was shocked. I'm still learning everything it can do. Definitely my best purchase ever.
