Rated 4 out of 5 by from Always love a Dyson! Always love a Dyson and have always had a corded but decided to opt for a battery operated for space saving and easy to carry up stairs. The suction power is amazing. I have two gripes, it's annoying that the hoover will not stand alone when not in use so you have to lean it up against the furniture or lay it on the ground and the space where your thumb/finger goes to operate the hoover is so small that it's uncomfortable to hold. After hoovering I'm always left with a red imprint on my thumb. I don't have big hands so it must be really uncomfortable for a man or woman with large hands.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from A pain to use: unwieldy and heavy Buyer beware: this vacuum is heavy, bulky, and unwieldy. Frankly, it’s a pain to use and I hate it. Bought it when battery of my great V8 died from a combination of cat fur and desert dust. Figured that a newer and bigger model must be better, right? Perhaps it is. It certainly has more bells and whistles. But it’s so heavy and unwieldy to maneuver that I’m not using it at all, so what’s the point? I should’ve returned it after the first try, but it was so difficult to unpack that the thought of packing it all back up and returning it just was too much. Be very sure you want to lift and push this machine around if you purchase it. I should’ve stuck with my V8.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love this vacuum cleaner. I had a Dyson years ago but when it broke everyone persuaded me that they were too expensive to buy another. How wrong were they! I’ve put up with barely clean carpets since then until I bought this one a month ago. First go round the house and I was emptying the canister numerous times. Now it feels like there’s a point to vacuuming again. Carpets and rugs look and feel clean and it’s a doddle to use. Don’t need to wear my noise cancelling headphones to use it and I’m not going over and over the same bit of floor to no effect. Light enough to be able to clean up the cobwebs on the ceiling of my stairs. An all round winner 🏆

It was a total surprise from my daughter and I couldn’t be happier…it’s not only super easy to charge and use…the charge runs at full power until it’s time to recharge. It only takes a few seconds to empty the canister of dust and I don’t have to touch anything dirty or gross. I can literally tell that there’s a lot less dust lint and hair in our house. (Two people with long hair and two cats) The way it moves to go under and around most things and no cord…it’s already saved me so much time and energy in less than a month!!! I immediately donated my old vacuum and my tools for dusting the ceiling, etc because they are no longer needed

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Light weight, powerful, great! Had my V11 two weeks now, and my home has never looked so clean! I had another brand previously, clearly designed to look cyclonic but wasn’t, and relied on a sponge/felt filter - which could clog easy and would smell very quickly. This V11 holds a good charge, has clear display showing time left, has a good selection of tools, and has a wall cradle which charges and holds extra tools. The Dyson ‘hair screw tool’ is absolutely perfect for use on stair carpet and really picks up incredibly well. I have since bought a flexible hose to reach awkward corners and gaps that you simply can’t reach with a crevice tool attached direct the the Dyson itself, but apart from that purchase I’ve needed nothing else - the V11 is a great bit of kit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Greatest vacuum machine ever! My roommate owns the Dyson V10, she bought this about 3-4 years ago and really loves it. She encouraged me to try it a few times, and yes it’s amazing. For many years I’ve been using a 50+ year old Kirby Classic which had belonged to my grandmother, nothing else really came close to the old Kirby, that is until I tried out my roommate’s Dyson. I thought when the Kirby vacuum dies I’m going to buy a Dyson. Well 2 weeks ago the motor froze up, the Kirby had a great life 😂. Within 1 hour I ordered a Dyson V11 online @dyson. It has been with me for over a week and still it’s picking up dirt and dust that the Kirby left behind. Highly recommend!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Worst model so far I loved my Dyson V8 so much but wore it out after a couple of years, went with the V11 and it didn't even last a year. I do vacuum daily due to having pets but 6 months and it was showing signs of wear!?! I also have the roller ball Dyson and its still holding up, just so terribly bulky. I just ordered the Dyson absolute, if this doesn't hold up as well as the V8 I guess ill have to cut my ties with Dyson, not because they are not great vacuums just the cost versus life of product is not equal. Also, changing the dirt removal from bottom side to where the wand extends is a real dumb design. My favorite thing with the 8 model is the simplicity of emptying of the canister.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Superb Vacuum with great Suction We bought the Dyson V11 in January and my husband thinks he has a new toy. He has been using it every second day and just raves about how good it is. He has exhausted areas to clean !!! I have used it and find it is more powerful than our last Dyson cordless and our Dyson Upright and so much easier to empty. Because it runs for up to 60 mins on full charge you can vacuum the whole house and the waste capacity is great 👍 I did read some reviews prior to purchase and was worried that the weight would be a problem but to be honest I find it light enough to manage a full clean. We would certainly recommend the V11 to clean animal hairs effectively as we have a collie who sheds quite a lot !! Super machine 👌
