Rated 1 out of 5 by from Complete dud Where do I start.. It stopped working properly after less than a month - the temperature adjustment stopped working all together, so you could only select 100degc. Also the thermometer went out of whack - so it thought the water was at 80 degC instead of 100 when it was actually boiling. The button to open the lid doesn't work properly, so you need to use one hand to press the button, and the other hand to pull the lid up. There is no sight glass to see the level of water in the kettle. It builds up scale way faster than my old kettle, like within a couple of uses there was scale buildup covering the bottom and sides.

I love having different options for summer and winter—warmer in winter since drinks cool down faster, and cooler in summer for a drinkable temperature right away. For tea lovers, this kettle is a dream come true, allowing you to brew your tea to perfection. The double-walled design is another huge win—it’s touch-safe, so no risk of burning your hands when you touch the kettle. And if that wasn’t enough, it keeps your water at the set temperature for 30 minutes, which is super convenient. This kettle is practical, stylish, and packed with thoughtful features. I’m absolutely thrilled with my purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone!
