Rated 5 out of 5 by from Small Size Big Sound [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great portable speaker.This thing is small enough to carry around without the bulk.Its very rugged with high quality feel.It's great for my job in a industrial environment.The Bluetooth connects without any issues.The buttons are easy to understand and use.Has a braided hook that's well made.The sound is great for the size i honestly didn't think it be good for my line of work but i was wrong.I use it for 8 hours at work and battery holds up at about 60-75% volume.It charges in less than a hour at least that's my experience.Its also a great gift.I dont have 2 otherwise I can play them both in stereo mode.I didn't use that feature but its available.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Powerful and stylish little speaker An excellent little speaker! So impressed by this JBL speaker, it's so powerful without becoming tinny or distorted with increased volume. It's a durable exterior and I love the little loop for attaching to bags for days out. Really great design and seems like it will last. Very easy to set up it took seconds to connect. Easy to use with simple buttons and charges fast I find that the battery gas lasts days we have had it on holiday and take it for drives , days out etc and only charged it once all week. I love it and know i will use it all the time it's an ideal size for popping in/ on a bag . Lightweight.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Small powerhouse [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing sounds for such a small speaker, it has clear sounds with just the right amount bass with a beautiful compact design. Buttons are very easy to access with the battery life light just on thr bottom left side. The JBL app let's you even control more features that even makes it louder than it already is. This little speaker is a must have for people who like to travel light with incredible sounds everyone will hear and enjoy.

At less than 4 inches wide and about 1.5 inches thick, it's a great companion to have wherever you go. It stood out the most while golfing. I bought a small carabiner clip to attach the speaker to my golf bag and I can't describe how perfect it was: out of the way, terrific and clear sound with deep bass and plenty of volume. The speaker easily lasted the entire round and most of the way into a round the next day. Also, I found this speaker to be extremely nice to bring hiking, working in the garage, and cleaning up around the house. I was very pleasantly surprised to hear the quality of the sound (even at high volumes) in an array of spaces and the speaker had plenty of power to keep going. Anyone looking for anything from a small desk speaker to a tag along for adventures, this speaker is the right one.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What a fantastic little speaker! This is a fantastic speaker. I wanted something small and practical, so I can carry around with me regardless of where I am. Whether that around the house, work, or if I am out and about. This speaker is extremely easy to carry and use. Also very light. Sound quality is also really impressive and I don't think anyone can fault it. i am super pleased with this product. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone. I will say though, don't expect heavy bass etc. The sound is 'great' for it's category. If you are more of an audiophile and really appreciate high quality music, look at the bigger brothers.

This JBL Go 4 plays music in an amazing way. very light and unexpectedly powerful. the management app is crazy convenient. You can adapt the equalisation to your favourite music. The battery lasts really long. The lanyard for carrying the JBL go 4 around is solid and very practical. Plus: I was able to connect it with the JBL BT spinner in seconds, which not all BT speakers can do. Plus it's a state-of-the-art BT, so there is no latency between video and audio. In the bathroom during the shower or in the kitchen while preparing food, it is now a permanent presence for the whole family.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from No phone support I had the choice of receiving a JBL Bluetooth device or a small cash award. I took the JBL device because I've had reasonable luck with 2 others. When I received this, I found out that it has NO PHONE support...although I can hear static in the speaker when my phone is ringing. I found out that this device has no internal microphone so it can only be used as a speaker. Had I know the model number before I said, OK, I'll take the JBL product, I would have said, NO WAY...give me the cash award. Don't make the same mistake. This can not be used as an extension to your phone. Maybe I'll list this on a marketplace app.

The Go4 has a lot of bass for being as small as it is and is pretty loud for the size of it also. The Go4 is about the size of my palm. It would be great for a small quiet area. In my line of work, the Go4 does not really cut it because I work in construction and is not loud enough for my environment. The Go4 could be a great option for a noise machine for a baby in the car. The battery life will last 7 hours on a low setting but if it’s turned all the way up, it only lasted about 4 hours. Over all, it’s a really nice compact speaker that seems very durable with a sleek look. I would recommend only if you’re looking for a speaker that does not have to be very loud.

Can I take it into the shower?

Thanks for your question. Yes, you can use our JBL Go 4 in the shower. It has an IP67 rating, which means it's both dustproof and waterproof, it can be submerged in up to 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes.

can I make a stereo group from PC?

No unfortunately not. This speaker can only review audio input via Bluetooth (or when linked to multiple speaker in the JBL portable app)
