Rated 5 out of 5 by from High quality sounds in flight! When I firstly used this, it was a bit uncomfortable, but after changing earpiece it became perfectly fitting my ears! I'm impressed about sound quality in noise cancelling mode as I often use it in airplane during my business trip and long flight trip. In-flight movies can be theater movies! It's not just a wireless earbuds, if you care about sound quality, this would be the one you must have. Only downside I have is that I can't unmute/mute by touching earbuds when I'm on the video conference (Microsoft Teams). I'm not sure if it happens only on Teams call or not, but I want to change setting with earbuds which would be much easier when I'm outside!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Get the firmware update before returning Sound quality is amazing but when I first started using then the audio on teams calls became silent which was very frustrating. As no one had published anything about this issue I was initially unable to resolve it. As I was looking into info to process a return due to connectivity problems I read that it suggested “turning my computer off and on again” which did not help but did get me thinking g about connecting to my phone and getting the app. In the process of setting up the app it triggered a firmware issue that might have solved the problem. As these now connect better than my Bose quiet comfort ii, and sound way better, I’ve decided to keep them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best sounding earbuds i have heard Got my hands on these roughly a Month ago and have never looked back. New form factor from the AZ70 model is a huge upgrade, much more comfortable and stays in your ears much better. Sonically, these are the best sounding earbuds i have heard, and after a bit of adjusting via the Technics app; you can adjust the EQ to give it a bit more of a dynamic sound which is something lacks on the flat setting. I use these for Gym, work, running and general listening; all of which these are perfect for. Call quality is great and the just my voice technology means you can take calls and sound crystal clear on the go, which is really impressive. Noise cancelling is also superb as someone who travels alot!

I reluctantly bought these earphones after trying many other makes including Samsung earbuds and Bang and Olufsen I had almost given up on finding a pair that actually fitted my ears. I could never get a set that were comfortable or would stay in but these Technic EAH-AZ80E-S buds are great supplied with seven different sized inserts. Sound quality is second to none and battery life is good for up to 6 hours and fast recharging in 15 mins when returned to the case. Noise cancelling is excellent and all controlled through the App on your phone. To summarise great sound good battery life and but for me most importantly the best fitting buds I've tried and I've tried a lot.

Not very comfortable in my ear and if you use them for lifting weights then they will fall out of your ear. I also drive trucks for a living and if you have the window down with these on then you can hear the wind and everything else around you which ruins the music. They’re decent headphones but terrible for the price.

I’ve tried multiple wireless earbuds over the years and these do a great job separating themselves from the pack! The sound quality is top-notch, clear, rich, and spacious. Plenty of bass, and soaring high end! The noise cancellation is also extremely high quality in comparison to other brands. Wearing this on the nyc subway system everyday for weeks I can assure you, they do an amazing job at canceling out the background noise so you can enjoy what you’re listening to in peace! I can’t right these highly enough! I’m giving the a solid and well deserved 9/10! Great job to the engineers behind these! Highly recommend you picking these up for yourself!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Really wanted to like them...but they fell short compared to Bose QCII's. I purchased the Technics EAH-AZ80 earbuds after doing a lot of online research as I began having issues with the charging case of my Bose Quiet Comfort II ear buds. While I really appreciated the slim design of the case and the overall design of the earbuds as well as its promising specs, they sounded muffled and lacked the brightness I have enjoyed with my Bose QCII's. I attempted to hear various genres of music to compare the AZ80's against the QCII's and they fell short hitting that low end bass the QCII's are able to achieve. Try listening to Sting's "A Thousand Years", Jain's "Makeba" or Simple Minds "She's a River" on the Bose QCII's and you'll appreciate the wide open sound stage and beautiful deep bass the AZ80's were not able to replicate.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Unreal sound quality and amazing battery life I've used Apple earbuds for years and wouldn't really consider myself much of an audiophile but once I started using these the difference in sound was so obvious - music sounds much richer with so much more detail. And I've been pleasantly surprised with the battery life. They seem to last forever, and even if I leave them without using them for a long time the battery doesn't drain out. I typically prefer to use over-ears when I'm traveling for comfort but when i want something small, these are perfect -and offer almost the same noise-cancelling as my over-ears which is really impressive.

i think my earbuds are broken. Its not charging correctly anymore. Can i use the warranty to replace the earbuds? I have it less than a year.

What is noise sensitivity of the earbuds? The Sennheiser M3 is 110db which sounds really good. Thanks in advance.

Great question Lou and sorry for the very long wait. We have checked with the manufacturer and unfortunately they do not publish the sensitivity rating of their MEMs microphones. It does have a frequency response range of 20Hz - 40kHz. Technics offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee if you find the product is not suitable for purpose. Hope this helps!
