***MultiPoint Pairing is disabled by default and can be activated in the Shokz App. The headphones can memorize up to 5 devices.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Shocks Open Air Headphones: Great Sound with Open-Ear Comfort I’ve been using the Shocks Open Air Headphones for a few weeks now, and while it took some time to get used to them, I’m really pleased with the results. Initially, they hurt my ears a bit, likely because I wear glasses, but now they’ve adjusted just fine. I love that I can hear my surroundings, and unlike bone conduction headphones, they don’t cause itching in my ears. The sound quality is awesome. My only minor complaint is the battery life – they don’t last as long as my previous bone conduction headset. However, the case doubles as a charger and can power them up in 10-15 minutes, which is perfect since I use them for over 10 hours a day.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good overall but not for me I purchased these for distance running. Overall sound quality was good and they were comfortable in the ears. For me personally, I like to only wear 1 earbud at a time. This is where the Openfit Air was not a good match. On each earbud you only have two options for controls (no actual buttons) with additional selections in the app. At no point can you have both volume up and down on a single earbud. On top of that the right was only compatible with up and the left only compatible with down. To adjust volume with only one earbud I had to pull out my phone. I returned these and would not purchase again unless this feature was available

Rated 4 out of 5 by from The device is awesome. The The device is awesome. The fit could be a little better 4/5 for that. The charging case could be stronger - what i mean is its plastic and it dropped one will break - so can we make a protective cover for the case like apple airpod covers

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better than the regular OpenFit The Airs are better than the regular OpenFit. The one downside is with the app, there isn’t a fully customizable EQ mode that you can create yourself. That particular feature is reserved for the regular OpenFit. Please make that feature available to be open for Airs as well. This will allow for the sound to be even better because of the ability to customize the EQ options. Other than that, the design is so much better, particularly with it being angled into the ear. They also feel lighter. Good job but please fix the app. Also, one more thing. The touch and hold feature is not really helpful. It would be better if they are three tap options that could allow for three control options on the headphones .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just perfect for me! This is my second pair of Shokz. I already owned the Open Run. I have tried again and again to use ear buds and just don't care having anything stuck in my ear for any length of time I was.so impressed with the Open Run but they are not so comfortable to recline in bed with. These new earbuds are perfect! Very comfy for watching TV in bed or listening to music. I use both pair of my Shokz frequently and for several hours at a time. I love I can hear other stuff around me while using them. I believe that is my real issue with regular ear buds. Oh, and I got them in pink! Too cute!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product with Great Sound and Great Physical Fit I have Shokz Open Run, OpenAir and OpenAir Fit. OpenAir fit has the best sound quality, best physical fit on ears (though OpenAir is great in that area too). OpenFit leaks the sound out a bit, but OpenAir Fit does a much better job. Battery life is reasonable. I listen to audiobooks a lot and they still last the whole day without putting back in the charging case. The app is not great but gets the job done. I wish there was more control/flexibility over the customization of touch controls. Still reasonably flexible as it is. The only complaint I have is the price point. There are a lot of competitors with reasonable performance out there which has a quarter of the Shokz price, especially in the open ear air conduction segment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Open air shockz I have 2 pairs of shockz. They are absolutely the best product I have ever bought. I bought a pair for all 4 of my children and their spouses. I bought them for the kids when they were in college. I love that they could hear their surroundings but had absolute amazing sound. I was always worried about them walking on campus with other headphones and they could not hear someone walking behind them or a car horn. It's the best product and makes my kids feel safe. Every christmas, I bring a wrap pair for our gift exchange and everyone always fights over them.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good but could be better They stay in place well, sound is good. I'm still able to hear my surroundings without concerns. My biggest issue is the touch sensor. It's difficult at times to find the right spot to pause what you are listening too. But then randomly during running activities it'll the touch sensor will be triggered for no reason, which can be annoying especially if it's skipping to the next chapter or song. I'm not sure if I got a pair that js defective or this is all of them. I, also, own the OpenFit originals and have not had this issue with them.
