Best ANC
I've been using my new Bose QuietComfort Ultra for 2 weeks now and this is my feedback so far. Noise cancellation ( ANC) is a lot better than Bose 700 and blocks most of the noises around you but Just a few high-pitched noises are not blocked like the sound of sirens, maybe it's by design. ( 9/10) The comfort they provide to my ears is amazing even though they are heavier than the old Bose I've but they are far far more comfortable in my ears and heads and so far no sweating issues because it's winter. App and connection are super fast and there is no intermittent cut-out and static noise. when you change any setting on the app or change devices.

Bose refuses to answer email re defect
After only 2 months use, audio cable on Quiet Comfort Ultra purchased November 2023 shorted. I need a replacement cable.
I emailed customer support and received an auto reply stating Bose would not address my issue by email.
THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS. EMAIL IS THE BEST MEANS FOR ME TO COMMUNICATE.
IT IS OUTRAGEOUS THAT I EXPERIENCE A DEFECT WITH THESE EXPENSIVE HEADPHONES AND BOSE DOES NOT RESPOND TO MY EMAILS REQUESTING A REPLACEMENT AUDIO CABLE.
I have experienced other issues with these headphones as well - they slip off my head, and the lack of replaceable batteries is a problem. BUT IT IS INEXCUSABLE FOR BOSE TO REFUSE TO ADDRESS CUSTOMER SUPPORT ISSUES BY EMAIL.

Even Better
I have used the Bose QuietComfort series on a daily basis since QC15 back in 2012. I've upgraded at every step, to QC25, QC35, QC45, and now the QC Ultra. Every new version has been better than the last. The noise cancellation has always been the best, but until now it's been at the expense of audio quality. The QC Ultra fixes that. And the noise cancellation is still at least as good as it ever was, blocking out the noise of busy offices, traffic, and neighbours. The QC Ultra also brings automatic on/off as you take them on and off, which saves on battery. The only part I don't like is that the volume control is no longer buttons, but a non-tactile slide motion. It works, but is not as good as a button.

Great Headphones...Highly Recommended
I love these headphones. Comort, ANC and Sound qaulity are top notch. Especially if comfort and ANC are your priorities, go for it. However, I have 2 issues which I hope Bose can fix through software updates. One is lack of some ANC related features, which are considered basic nowadays in this price range, for example changing the level of ANC easily (without creating a new mode for every level), and the touch volume slider is horrible to use. It is too sensitive that sometimes when I wear the headphones on my neck, the volume decreases because of my jacket's collar. Also, the change in volume is inconsistent, sometimes it changes by 1 step, sometimes 5 steps. Please fix these issues, Bose.

Talk about getting in the zone! If you’re a person who needs the right headphones and playlist to bring into focus mode for work or a good workout, these headphones are it. They’re comfortable and stay put when I’m working out. The different settings and noise cancellation make the music feel like it’s surrounding you, and you’re in a music video hyping yourself up and getting stuff done.
I love the volume bar that makes adjusting the volume so much easier. I love the different mode settings you can preset for different situations (commute, workout, outdoor, etc) and account for even wind. And the battery charges quickly and lasts forever!

They offer a comfortable fit and sleek styling with a high quality compact carrying case included. The noise cancellation technology is unbelievable and makes long flights feel like sitting in your living room. The 2-button controls and touch sensitive volume slider are very intuitive and easy to get used to. The Bose Music app allows you to easily control settings and save custom modes. In addition to the noise cancelling, these also offer sound quality that will blow your mind. Especially in the immersive mode, which is like sitting in your own personal concert hall!

Great sound, Comfortable usage, Some drawbacks
I have been using these headphones for a week. Without any doubts, they give great sound with a rich bass. Also, they are very comfortable to use throughout the working day.
Unfortunately, there are some drawbacks. You can't use them via a cable when turned off, and the ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) can't be turned off either. The application on the phone often fails to connect to the headphones, even though I can currently hear music through them. The battery life is average, lasting about 2-3 working days without the immersion mode. Their competitors provide an additional 2 days of battery life for me.
They shouldn't cost that much money!!
