Rated 5 out of 5 by from They work as advertised. This is my 3rd QC headphones in perhaps 15 years (?). I've worn the others out and keep coming back. I use them while using equipment outside splitting firewood, trimming branches, hauling wood, using the table or circular saw, scraping/sanding & painting the house, on an airplane, watering the yard, plowing snow on an ATV, etc...I'm not easy on them because I don't just use them at a desk. They are more durable than one might seem - although I do try to be mindful with them. They've been great through all this. I definitely like the quality of the music they produce and the sound deadening effect from all the outside noise that I use them in. They make all this work much more enjoyable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding Comfort I owned a set of Bose on ear headphones some years ago, unfortunately they were too tight and could only wear them for short periods. I dipped my toe back into the water and have just received the new Bose Quiet Comfort head phones, the difference is outstanding. Sound quality, comfort and lightness, in a good way, is amazing. Very happy I bought them.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Can't charge I thought that I would be able to use the headphones without other hearing my music. I also am not a fan of the charger. In my order I only received a connection and no plug in. So at the moment, I do not have a way to charge the headphones because I do not have a usb type plug in and my computer does not either. Very inconvenient that I have to go looking for a plug in that will connect to the headphones. It just doesn't make sense for that especially for the price of them. If I could, I would probably return the headphones and get a pair that has a more convenient way of charging them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for long wear and loud places I bought these headphones a few weeks ago, and I've used them on a couple flights. They have excellent nose cancelling and great sound! When using wired connection to the plane, the volume needs to be turned up. I almost thought they didn't work, but just needed to turn the volume up using the buttons. I do wish they came with the airplane adapter, but that's ok. For phone calls and meetings, they work well if the environment is reasonably free if other voices(in a remote meeting, where people are across the from you talking, their voices are picked up) Overall, I love the color and the headphones. I would definitely recommend them to a friend!

I was so impressed by the sound quality and noise canceling features, I decided to give them to family members for their birthday's. I then purchased a 3rd set, but this time I opted for the ultra set because they were on sale. That's right- I have purchased about $900 of Bose Quiet Comfort Headphones in the last month. 100% totally satisfied customer! You will hear layers of music through these headphones that you've NEVER heard before. Listen to 'Let's Stay Together' by AL Green. It will blow your mind!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great improvements over QC35, light, sound great Purchased this a few weeks ago and I use it for my computer to play games mostly with a little video meetings as well. It is pretty amazing and the sound quality is excellent. I got the Bose QC35 headphones about 10 years ago (and I'm still using them for my work computer for meetings) and these are way lighter than those and they fixed the power switch on them to be more of a "click" than a soft-close like the old QC35s which is nice. They are also even lighter than the QC35s - my only bummer is I bought them at full price and they went on sale the very next week for much less of a price.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Over Ear Headphones This is my first over ear headphone purchase and I’m glad I chose this Bose model. I was going back n forth between Beats and these. The sound is amazing and the silencing feature is even better, along with the comfort and flexibility. The settings are easy to use and remember and they feel light and airy. I love the color as well. I would have given 5 star but the aux cable is not compatible to insert with newer model iPhone’s so you have to use an adapter which doesn’t come with. I think for the price that could have been included or added as an optional connection to suit both android and iPhone but overall not a deal breaker I’m happy with my purchase. I use them for travel and everyday.

Thanks for your question Sharon. You can return your item for an exchange, Gift Card, or refund (including for online purchases) anytime within 14 days of receiving the goods. The item must be: Returned in its original condition (items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and as sold); In its original unopened and sealed packaging; and Accompanied with proof of purchase.
