How do I clean this table without leaving marks and streaks?

Hi there. The table top is glass with a powder coating to give it a concrete look. We suggest using warm soapy water to remove marks and then use a clean dry soft cloth to dry. Hope this helps

How is it delivered? and what kind of assembly efforts would be required?

Thanks for your question Sukh. This comes in kit-set form and requires assembly. There are approximately 7 to 8 boxes in total. It will include all assembly parts but may require the use of a screwdriver and/or power drill to assemble securely. Hope this helps!
