Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality I purchased these late October/early November and the black plastic part connecting the chair to the swivel mechanism falls down all the time on 2 of the 4 chairs I purcahsed and have done so since week 2 of receiving. Very disappointing!! Have not had the chance over the 'silly season' to do this but it needs to be noted. Maybe I received the two bad chairs, I don't know .....

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty good! Really comfortable stools - nice wide base so you don't feel like you're going to fall off the front like some similar stools out there. The height adjustment is really hard for my 10 year old to operate - he's not heavy enough to lower the stool height. But apart from that they're pretty good.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Great question! We can confirm the seat height at it's lowest is 600Hmm, while the max seat height is 800Hmm. Trust this helps! ^CO

How do you make these stools less squeaky and wobbly?

Thanks for your question. We recommend regular maintenance such as tightening of bolts, and use of CRC in order to achieve this. Hope this helps!
