How it works:
- Step 1: Purchase at least one eligible Samsung home appliance at a selected participating Harvey Norman store** during promo dates
- Step 2: Organise your trade-in appliance to be at Harvey Norman warehouse – ready for Samsung to collect and recycle (please discuss with your store as they can organise delivery & removal for your convenience).
- Step 3: Upload a copy of store receipt you received with your new Samsung Appliance.
- Step 4: Take a photo of the serial numbers of your new Samsung Appliance.
- Step 5: Email below information to nzpromotions@samsung.com within 7 days of delivery, and before 23rd July 2025 to claim your cashback.
