We want our customers to have access to the best products our trusted suppliers can offer – but these don’t all fit in our stores! We offer an extended range exclusively online, shipped by our trusted suppliers direct to you.
Delivery
We aim for these items to be dispatched within 2 business days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order.
Different items on your order may be shipped from different suppliers, or from one of our stores, and will arrive in separate parcels.
Please note: our Customer Direct products are available for delivery only, we are unable to offer Click & Collect.
Returns
We are unable to offer Change of Mind returns on Harvey Norman Customer Direct products, please choose wisely.
If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law), please contact us at customerdirect@nz.harveynorman.com with as much detail as possible. We may ask you some additional questions and consult with the supplier to arrange for your item to be repaired, replaced or refunded, as per our returns policy (conditions apply).
