Rated 2 out of 5 by from I can’t really say I was a fan of the La Roche Posay cleanser. I have sensitive combination skin so I was really excited to try it. I generally cleanse in the shower so this is where I trialled. \nI apply to slightly damp skin with my fingers, massage in then use a Foreo device for a deep clean. The cleanser doesn’t lather or foam which is fine for me.\nI personally feel like I need to rinse about 3 or 4 times before all the residue is gone. It leaves a film on my skin which I’m not a fan of, I feel like I need to use a different cleanser to remove my cleanser. \nThe positives are it didn’t irritate my skin and did leave it feeling soft. \n\n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I had good results using this cleanser. I had a pimple outbreak before using it and over the last few weeks of using the product my skin has cleared up. I typically have issues with dry and sensitive skin, and my skin responded really well to this cleanser. The only downside of this product was the feel of the cleanser on my face. As other reviewers have mentioned, it does feel like there is a film residue left behind and that sense of feeling fresh and clean is not really achieved when using this product. Despite this, the product does what it's meant to. My face is looking bright and clear, which is the main thing you want out of a cleanser.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I love this Cleanser. It is calming and gentle on my skin without any fragrance smell which will bother my skin. My skin feels soft like a baby skin after using it. Such a nice feeling as some cleanser left me with tightening dry skin feeling which is not good sign usually. It is good to remove light makeup but not so good for removing heavy make up. Will use stronger makeup remover or micellar water to remove the heavy makeup fully. Which does not bother me at all as I always do double cleansing whenever I put on heavy makeup. Overall really love this cleanser. A new favorite. Just wish the bottle come in a pump top to make it easier to use. \n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is a really lovely cream cleanser that effectively removes makeup and cleans the skin without stripping or irritating. I found it to be great for both morning and evening face washing and noticed that it helps to retain moisture - a rare thing to find in a cleansing product. There is no fragrance and was very gentle on my sensitive skin. While the product itself is great, I found the packaging to be less ideal; the rigid plastic bottle makes it difficult to distribute the small amount of product needed and so I found I went through it more quickly than necessary. However, this is really a small nit-pick on an otherwise great product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This product is the perfect cleanser but not the greatest at removing full coverage makeup. I have always been a double cleanser (one to remove the makeup and one to freshen the skin) so this was actually perfect for me. I apply the cleanser after I have removed makeup and leave it to soak into my skin. It leaves my skin feeling clean, fresh and hydrated. I don’t normally moisturize my face after a cleanse as I have sensitive skin and most moisturizers irritate my skin, so I was quite happy that the product acted like a cleanser and moisturizer without any irritation. I’ll definitely be using this product every evening as part of my beauty routine.

So many cleansers leave your skin crying out for moisturiser, but La Roche-Posay has managed to give you a cleanser which leaves you a soft, supple sensation, without any irritation.\nIt struggled to remove some of my tougher mascara (or maybe I just have extreme mascara). So that was something I wasn’t too fond of- having to rub my eyes to properly remove the panda eyes.\nIt’s perfect for a little more sensitive skin and I love that I have found a gentle cleanser that works, without rubbing and scrubbing the surface off my skin! Perfect to start and end the day.\n

USE WITH A MUSLIN CLOTH!!\n\nWhen I first used this cleanser I thought it did a terrible job of removing makeup- however when I actually paid attention to the directions of how it should be used (pat dry without rubbing- I was originally attempting to wash it off with water and rubbing) I started using it with a muslin cloth and it changed my opinion of this product instantly. \n\nI love this cleanser! It removes my full face of make up AND leaves my face feeling squeaky clean but not dry or stripped of moisture. It is gentle enough to use on your eyes as well! \n\nI will definitely be purchasing this cleanser again in the future over and over!\n

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A cleanser formulated for sensitive skin, it is very gentle and is also fragrance and preservative free. The cleanser didn’t leave my skin feeling tight or dry and removes excess oil without irritating my skin. It has a very light fluid milky texture and is enriched with glycerin to moisturise the skin. I love to use the cleanser in the mornings to cleanse my face. I find that it is not that effective as an eye makeup remover particularly if you are using waterproof products, so I use a separate eye makeup remover in the evenings. It is however a good cleanser that provides a gentle cleanse without stripping the skin of moisture.\n
