Rated 2 out of 5 by from An expensive disappointment We purchased a new house and as part of house warming gift I was asked what I would like have and I chose this item. After one year of use the stainless grill part started to rust and silver effect on the outside on the rack started to peel off. I only noticed recently and having checked the gift receipt found that it was just over 1 year and therefore cannot exchange or return it. I am disappointed on the quality and fell really sadden for the person that gifted us this. I just hope when they come round they do not notice the bad quality of the item they gifted.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Does what it says, but overpriced and more fragile than expected One of its features is the spout that can be placed in 3 configurations. After having connected it, I accidentally dropped it (entirely my fault). Not only did the spout come off (which is fine), but the circular drain at the base cracked. Honestly, for this price, I thought it would be better quality. Hopefully, in a future version, it might be a better idea to improve where the drain connects to the spout -- maybe make it metallic. Also, when placed on a flat surface, the water does not exactly slide down the spout as much as one might think. A lot of the water just sits on the tray, which isn't a big issue. Maybe I need to place it on a small ramp... Other than these two issues, it does what it's supposed to do. The adjustable size is why I chose this item over similar items by other competitors. Less expensive alternatives wouldn't have fit in my kitchen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best thing I’ve ever bought This is the best thing I have ever bought. I love how it expands to the perfect size of my sink. The quality is amazing and it fits a lot of washed items in. The finish looks of high standard especially with the steel finish in front. It’s very useful in the fact that excess water is easily able to flow out from underneath, keeping the Dish Drainer clean and free from water buildup

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Too early to tell I have just started using it and it is too early to say. I like the concept although I note that all the water does not completely drain away in the ribbed portion I had to dry that off. I will add to my review once I have used it for a week or so. As I have a dishwasher normally only use it for items that cannot go.into that or that I feel are too delicate for the dishwasher.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Faulty - leaks from bottom Bought this in Canada. Everything is great about except that it leaks from the bottom to the counter top where the spout connects. Everyone who thinks this is great check your counter top after you clean the dishes. Sent email to Joseph Joseph - no reply, instead they said they will get to me when they have time. I guess they are busy replacing products. It’s been two months.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I feel that the extend I feel that the extend dish is fantastic. It looks good next to my sink, and is durable, certainly not cheap. The dish is of good quality, with strong structure and components. The best bit is being able to extend dish, creating more room for items. I would recommend buying this product and having something that’s practical and original that looks great. Nick

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely love this item. It Absolutely love this item. It is very neat and perfect for our family kitchen. The feature of expansion is very useful for bigger items such as pans and trays. The spout hangs neatly over our sink and drains well. The cutlery holder has a handy knife slot too, which is a great safety feature.
