Rated 2 out of 5 by from Diagonal trays require deeper drawer Item Fitted perfectly as per description however cutlery scraped on the top of the drawer and snagged open/close mechanism when in diagonal departments. Drawer height therefore needs to be more than advertised to use the item. Disappointed that inserts were not removable to improve functionality. Quality was really nice and would have kept it if I could have adjusted size/type of compartments. There is a hole in the market for An expandable divider tray for majority long items (spatulas, spoons, knives)

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not amazing [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Woody smell, that’s not great unless you like that. Not the best artisan design - the wood should be less thick - for better practicality & fit, and it shouldn’t be lazy easy straight rectangles - the rectangular containers should curve in-words towards the base/floor of the drawer to make it easier to grab and place cutlery and it would be prettier. The price to quality ratio just isn’t there at all. 3 out of 10

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock.
