Rated 5 out of 5 by from great features i brought this a month ago and i haven't stopped using it, plus i am a largish person and it takes my weight so happy with this product it has helped me do sit-ups without getting down on the floor hurting my back on the floor. it has been very easy to use and even put together. absolutely love it and recommend it for anyone who needs help in doing sit-ups.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Decent for my needs Solid construction, but the rack system for the incline/decline settings is poorly set up so that the catch does not connect properly. The elastic cables offer little resistance and were useless for me. The preacher curl pad is too small for me so I removed it. The leg extension setup is small and uncomfortable but workable. Works well enough for bench press, incline curls, arnie presses etc, which is what I wanted it for.

Allows many types of exercises, dimension and weight perfect to be fitted in any space of the house, garden and easy to move.
