Rated 1 out of 5 by from Drive failed Unfortunately this product failed on me within the first month I used it. My PC could no longer recognize the drive and I could not access my files. Ended up costing me a lot of money to get a professional data recovery done by a local shop, very disappointing.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from "Disk Not Ejected Properly" 20 times a day... This is the second WD Mac passport that has failed after about a year. This time, I get the "Disk Not Ejected Properly" message and the icon flies off the screen even when I didn'tdo a shutdown or any kind and it won't do a backup when it is cycling like this. I went online and checked and tried 2 or 3 fixes but none worked. So, should I buy a 3rd one? Probably not! I didn't give it a zero because my hard drive failed after buying my first WD and it worked as advertised restoring my laptop!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Failed in the first month This is my third 2TB Passport HDD and the second HDD to fail. The first one lasted less than a year, the second died in less than a month. It was a major hassle to get a return authorization for the first failed drive, the second was a breeze. Perhaps WD knows they're shipping some bad product... The first replacement has been working for several months now; I'm hoping the second replacement will also prove reliable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wd 2 Tb passport Love The Western Digital Drives. I keep a small fan on all my drives and also regularly dust free air conditioned area. the cleaner the better, Drives by western Digital are Sealed to prevent dust from getting in. Superior construction. Nice equipment.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Passport Performance I bought My Passport to store very large fine art paintings. It copies them fast, but I should have gotten a drive with more capacity. It takes a bit more time to render them. Other than that, I have no problems with My Passport. It's ease to use, practical, and smaller than my phone.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order.
