Can i plug this straight away to Hp pc?

Thanks for your question. Yes, most Seagate drives are formatted in exFAT so they work on both Windows and macOS running Windows® 10 or higher, or macOS® X 10.15 or higher and includes a USB 3.0 Cable in the box to get you started. Trust this helps! ^CO

Is this compatible with PS5 please?

Thanks for your question. Yes, you can connect this drive, or other USB hard drive or SSD to your PS5 which can be used to store and manage compatible games, files, and applications, freeing up space on your console. You can't connect the drive through a USB hub, and USB Type-A connection storage must use the rear port. Trust this helps! ^CO

Can this be formatted to Mac OS extended format to use with Time Machine?

Great question Carren! Yes, according to Seagate, you will need to reformat the drive for Mac prior to using it. Once complete, the drive should be detected allowing you to manually move files to the drive or can be set-up with Time Machine automatic backup. Trust this helps!
