Rated 2 out of 5 by NateN from Cracked Christmas snow globe. My snow globe had a crack up the middle which showed against the photo, I was so upset but I live 1 hour away so I kept it. Was a gift for my grandad with a photo of grandma who had passed a few months earlier so I was hoping for better. Perhaps I should check a product before leaving store next time but it was quite difficult to see the crack prior to inserting the photo.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Heather from Good for price Quality is pretty ok for the price. Plastic globe, to be expected. Fairly fragile if dropped (had to order a second one). First didn’t come with the template, but the second did. But for this price it does everything we wanted it to and would buy again (obviously). Also - Harvey Norman Porirua service was exceptional!

Easy returns

If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. Thanks for your question. The photos need to be cut to fit, so there is no specific size guide. It does include a printed template insert which you can use as a cutting guide. The total height and width of the product is 9cm, so this should be just shy of that.
