Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lockdown home schooling miracle Ordered 2 pink desks for my children during lockdown on Sunday morning and received both same day PM which was excellent service. Not only was there a few short hour delivery time but I was kept up to date on delivery status. Both chair and table are adjustable according to a colour chart relating to children's measurements (which they love as it personalizes their desk). The drawer has good quality sliders and is a saver for on-hand stationery. The adjustable top and incline makes art time really enjoyable for them as they look and feel like real artists but also saves posture from needing to hunch over. Overall the best purchase we could have made for lockdown home schooling and would definitely recommend!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Broken chair adjuster-chair only works in low now I bought this 2 years ago for our 6yr old, one of the chair's leg adjusters broke(very small plastic post on the internal ratchet fell apart and now the leg will not stay up on one side) incidentally the other side is cracked as well but hasn't yet given way but is only a matter of time. It is a shame such a critical part is made of weak plastic that when fails renders the chair suitable only for a 3yr old. The desk is good so far but I suspect uses the same ratchet system.

I bought online it during the lockdown, and 15 mins after I purchased it, Harvey Norman phoned me to say it was ready for pickup. It was for my granddaughter who is home-schooled. It was very good service from Harvey Norman.

Delivery
Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. A staff member will contact you where this occurs.

Easy returns

If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. We'll even pay for the postage if you live in an area where there is no store. Our returns policy covers any purchased item ( conditions apply).
