A Variety of Custom Settings

• For Bark Stop:

1. ULTRASONIC: Set the Ultrasonic switch to BARK SENSOR. This will override the PEST REPELLING functions on your device.
2. BARKING SENSITIVITY: The BARKING SENSITIVITY dial can be adjusted from 1-16 to ensure it picks up the target dog’s barking. If you find it activates without barking, simply adjust it downwards as required.

• For Pest Repeller:

1. To activate, choose the MOTION SENSOR or CONSTANT setting on the ultrasonic switch.
2. You can adjust the range of frequencies to repel different animals. Built-In Motion Sensor will detect movement and trigger the ultrasonic or sonic noises as set.

*Note: If your dog doesn't react to the device as expected at first, please give them time to learn. While some dogs catch on immediately, it may take some time for your dog to associate the ultrasonic tones with their barking. And at first, they may need your assistance to understand. Demonstrate to your dog that they should be quiet when they hear the device. You can use the Remote Control Training Button to help in your teaching.

**While the device is completely safe, if you have a cat or a dog you may choose to turn the device off when they are in the backyard. This depends on the frequency you are using for pest repelling- refer to your manual. Cats and dogs can have very different levels of hearing depending on age or size. Pests, such as rodents or insects, are more sensitive. Because ultrasonic waves cannot penetrate surfaces such as walls, your pet will be unaffected when inside and out of range of the device.
