The dramas ............ that shouldn't have been
Picking up article was easy enough, installing it seemed to be more of a mission. The machine didn't seem to want to cooperate so I watched youtube videos and what do you know ........... removing the transit nuts made a huge difference. Didn't help that husband had decided to throw the manual out and all the parts that came with the machine as in his expert opinion, these were not needed. He needs to stick to his day job ☺ Machine works like a dream!

Loving this washing machine
I bought this washing machine because I wanted a matching pair with the tumble dryer, I always try to research what I buy so I am not disappointed and I always read reviews. This washing machine had good reviews, its quiet, its pleasing on the eye and to my joy it is hot and cold fill. I actually resigned myself to the fact that I wasn't going to find one that was, as they are all cold fill now, but that means they often take longer to wash, this machine has cycles you can download to suit your needs. It has fast and long washes so Im sure everyone can find a cycle they like. I do wish it had a 50 degree wash, as I used to have this and just felt more comfortable that colours wouldnt run or shrink my clothes, but I haven't been disappointed with the quality of the wash so far, and it really is so quiet!

Awesome Functional Wash Cycles
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Living in a townhome, I can run the washing machine late at night without bothering the neighbours! First time I had it on, almost forgot it was operating as it it soooo quiet.I love the steam function that kills those germs at dust mites at high temps. Also it is convenient that I can set connect it to the app. The 14-min cycle was a nice surprise because that means I can run a quick wash without wasting too many resources. There were other brands to buy but I chose LG and don't regret it one bit!

The worst machine ever
I have this front loader since 2 months from day one i had the water leaking from the bottom however three technicians came two parts replace and the problem still there i got refund due to not able to identify the issues

Major Fault - Do not buy
Had this machine for 2 years. Last week it started leaking from the bottom - the applicance specialist Harvey Norman sent has told me that there is a hole in the 'bowl' that fits around the drum that has been created by something getting between the seal and the drum in a wash? This means that LG will not cover it under the warranty. My view is that nothing should be able to get past the seal, so unsure how this is my fault? Do not buy this machine - it has a major fault.
