Well built and comfortable to wear but expensiveI bought this item about a 3 weeks ago and have been using it at various events and restaurants where it is a bit louder than normal.
For me, I can't really see the difference in hearing clarity when I'm using it and not using it. It does an average job of trying to block out the background noise but doesn't quite does the job as effectively as I had hoped it would.
The price point is probably my biggest issue here, it's very expensive for a pretty average device.
The one big pro point is that it's very well made and comfortable to wear for long periods, as expected of Sennheisers products.
I do think their next version of these would probably improve on these significantly, but for now, these don't quite cut the mustard for me.

Solid PerformanceThis product delivers solid performance for its price. Making phone calls with these headphones is easy and clear, great for busy lifestyles. The in-ear pods fit really well, and you almost forget they're there—a big plus for comfort. The app and device connection are straightforward, without any major issues. While the sound quality is good but not mind-blowing, it's a decent choice for the price. If you want a reliable and affordable option with a comfortable fit, these headphones are hard to beat in their price range.

Great clarity, comfortably and ideal for business!Despite the steep price, i found that the Sennheiser Conversation Clear Plus was definitely worth the price.
The fit was great, battery life was way above average and the audio clarity was better than what i expected.
My previous buds that i had were Bose Quiet comfort earbuds, they served me very well and were very much faultless for my needs and requirements, the Sennheiser Conversation Clear Plus checks all the boxes and i have not looked back at my Bose Quiet Comfort earbuds. The pass through audio quality is way above my expectations, the clarity in conversations as the names suggests is truly on another level plus the app functions with enhancing the audio speech worked like a charm.
If i was to nit pick at something i would change for the future, i would've preferred a variety of colours oppose to the standard black colour variant. I understand that black is the safe colour to have but if you're paying so much for a product, it would be nice to have some level of personalisation.

A Senn-sible optionYou need to spend a bit of time getting the settings right for making phone calls but when you do it is the best quality conversation I have had with headphones in. Clearly they have focussed on this USP. The sound quality for music doesn't blow me away and for the price you pay I think it could be better.
The look, fit, ease of use is to be expected for the price range. Really happy overall.

TARGETTED CONVERSATIONSMaybe you like me and find that the more you spend time out and about with other people the more difficult it gets to be able to follow a conversation specifically with one person that may be a little bit further away than you would like in a crowded room. These have been an absolutely huge help for me with this specific user case scenario as as long as I have them in my ears then I'm able to follow one specific person as it sort of lowers the background noise to a level that allows me to concentrate on the conversation that's in front of me this sounds very weird but it seems to have exactly what level of sounds I need amplify them which sounds I need dropped back into the background. It's particularly useful when we have a large group of people around our house and as it's a very small area it doesn't allow for a lot of people to be able to hear individually and with this I was just able to follow any of the conversations I wanted to do.
You do need to remember to make sure that they have plenty of charge and you do need to remember to put them in every time you think you'll need them, I don't actually use them all the time just specifically when I know I'm going to the crowded place and need to concentrate. This isn't the right solution for somebody who might actually have a hearing issue with the level of sound that you're hearing, this is more for people who have difficulty concentrating on the correct conversation and gets distracted very easily by conversations in the background.

Great technology for hearing impairedThis excellent technology for anyone who has hearing problems is amazing. I suffer from partial deafness and tinnitus and this product was so helpful and easy to use. The fit to my ears was exceptional and the comfort was brilliant. The app is wonderful and easy to use. 10/10 from me.

Listening ClarityThe Conversation Clear Plus a unique appearance. They’re a tad bulky but they fit into my ear and don’t shift about, with replaceable wingtips and adapters (small, medium, large) for the best fit. Long term wearing can cause ear discomfort but so far I've only experienced this when with a wooly hat so that may have something to do with it.
They support three different modes: Relax, Communication and Stream. Relax mode offers noise cancellation, communication allows surrounding sounds to pour through and stream is for audio playback. In all modes you can adjust the strength of the noise cancellation, the volume level of speech or the balance between ambience and noise cancelling.
I took these to a football match recently and the crisp audio quality of the guys around vs the stadium noise was fantastic. It would drown out the noise while the person next to me said something and revert back to the crowd and stadium noises thereafter which was fantastic.
I decided to go on the tube and navigate london with them on as my sole daily driver. In general they held up really well and the only time I had an issue was in and around bank station where connectivity was spotty. Mind you I've had this with other earphones in the past.
On the flight to Cork they held out well, announcements were clear and I was able to engage at Passport control without any issue. The suppression of external sounds is fantastic and allows you to hear the person you are engaging with very clearly and engan to your level of comfort.
The Clear app is easy to use, each section is simplified, the UI being easy to engage with and the sliders to adjust the various setting controls of ANC and ambient modes. Connectivity to 2 devices at the same time is an added bonus.
I got my Dad who's 80 to try these on. Soon as he put them and could hear the TV so crisp or my voice so clearly, you'd have thought we'd given him new ears. He thoroughly enjoyed himself and kept them for the day He keeps asking to borrow them so I guess I'm buying another pair.
All round they do what they say on the box and ads. Sound clarity and enhance audio. Music streaming leaves a little bit more to be desired but I'm definitely sticking with them especially when in meetings or out. Solid 4/5
