Of course, grandma had to buy it. After a quick wash, It kept her hands and teeth busy throughout our trip in the mall. It's a great size, has multiple textures to intrigue her senses, and two chewers to soothe her gums (still has a few teeth left to cut). The bonus is the ring to clasp it to her stroller or car seat so grandma doesn't have to continually pick it up.
